the owners face book page deterred me from wanting to even tour the facility. The facility is new however i had concerns with the tile and no carpet/rugs and open ceiling with exposed wiring and aluminum tubing. the staff was unfriendly and none of them welcomed my child or even spoke to me. the owner has mostly her family working there and they need some coaching on professionalism and social skills. this facility has relocated but i see no pros in my child enrolling here. i would caution others. the owner needs to re-evaluate and make adjustments; if so, she can be a good child care facility. i see potential but my child is too precious to give this place a test run.:::; KEEP IN MIND SHE CLAIMS NOT TO ASSOCIATE HER BUSINESS WITH HER PERSONAL LIFE BUT SHE ADVERTISES HER BUSINESS ON HER PERSONAL FACEBOOK PAGE :::: that doesn’t make sense GOTTA DO BETTER

My son attended P&R Kiddie for roughly 2 months, and I would not recommend this daycare to anyone!! Upon picking my son up (his last day attending), I noticed he was drenched in urine. His clothes, including top and bottom (sweat pants), and sheets were covered in urine. When the childcare attendant was asked when the last time he was changed, she immediately attempted to divert the blame on another attendant who had left for the day. I was completely furious about this situation, because my son has never had any type of diaper rashes, but he started to get them upon attending here. Also, this instance proved he wasn’t being changed periodically so I can’t seem to understand why ALL 7 of his diapers were taken from his bag DAILY. Nonetheless, if you decide to choose this daycare you might as well leave your child home alone with a few bottles and hope for the best. The management did apologize for the incident and a previous incident, and the excuse was “they can’t find good help.” Unfortunately, that excuse is highly unacceptable in childcare. These kids can’t speak up for themselves and parents are trusting that they are being properly looked after. I personally believe the young staff hired at the location are not skilled enough to take care multiple kids as they are often times seen on phones versus interacting with the kids.

My kids have NEVER BEEN IN DAYCARE BEFORE! So when I moved down here from Cleveland and started nursing school I had no other choice. The owner is nice and she’s very understanding of my situation and works with me. I was nervous at first because all the horror stories you hear about daycares but this one from the minute I walked in to take a tour gave me reassurance. And lowered my fears... my kids have been here going on a month and THEY LOVE IT! My daughter has social anxiety and usually gets scared when she’s in a new setting especially away from me but.. she wakes up every morning ready to go “to school” as my kids call it. My son says he loves his teachers. And they have fun as they should. I’m a young 21 year old mother of 3 who never had any help with them so it forced them to be socially awkward (my fault) but this place right here is fixing them. I love this place! Can’t find a single thing wrong with it. Also their Facebook page shows you some of the things they do with the kids and it’s amazing!

Being a Newly single parent and never leaving my 3 and 1 1/2 year old babies with anyone other than family was a challenge but the caregivers here are awesome. I periodically call to check in on them and they always know exactly what, where and when about both kids, the kids love it and everyone has a friendly disposition about themselves so it’s like dropping them off with family!

Outstanding! Place is super clean/organized and the staff was so friendly! I definitely recommend this wonderful place and when we walked in all the most beautiful babies were just so happy! Great business! Keep up the good work Miss Patricia!!

I send both my toddlers here to this awesome daycare. They have been going here since my youngest was 2 months old. I love the staff and owner, they treat my babies as if they are thier own. They are my village, the school is beautiful clean open and well organized. They have an amazing size class rooms and a wonderful play area with plenty of playscapes for all the children. Everytime I step into the school it smells clean, is well organized, and ofcourse my babies go running to thier teachers with no problem. The owner is very prompt to tending to any issues that have ever came up or we have ever had. She listens to your issues and there is immediate results. Herself and her staff are very attentive to the children. I can tell you this I will not be sending my children to any other daycare. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting thier children to be taken care of and to get an exceptional education!

My 2 year old has been enrolled for about 6 months and has learned her alphabet and can count up too 10 she also knows most of her colors very great staff and they are very hands on and proactive!

MY KIDS HAVE BEEN GOING TO P&R KIDDIE COLLEGE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND I LOVE IT THEY ARE VERY CLEAN IT ALWAYS SMELL GOOD INSIDE THE OWN IS VERY NICE SHE WORK WITH ME BY ME BEING A SINGLE MOM OPEN UP HER DAYCARE ON THE WEEKENDS THAT I WORK ALSO IF I'M RUNNING LATE FROM WORK SHE UNDERSTAND THEY ARE CURRENTLY HELPING ME POTTY TRAINING MY SON WHICH IS A BIG HELP ANY TIME I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THE OWNER IS THERE TO HELP WITH THEM OR ANY PROBLEMS I AM HAVING ALSO MY DAUGHTER WAS STARTED IN THE VPK EARLY SO NOW THAT SHE WILL BE IN THE VPK CLASS THIS YEAR SHE WILL BE MORE PREPARED AND THE STAFF IS VERY HANDS ON WITH THE KIDS AND ARE VERY NICE.
