Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love the option of getting to watch her from my phone playing with other dogs. Also, love the forever connected, where you get a personalized report card for your pet, along with pictures they’ve taken throughout the day. Leaving my dog is a huge deal to me, and I’m so confident in the care and attention she gets at this facility!

Next to my very own home this is the best place for My Girl Molly when I am needing a place to keep her when her stay was over she didn't want to come home and she was very sad for the first two days everyone is so nice everyone goes overboard with their love and their care for your dogs I have every confidence that as this time when I had medical issues or at any time when I need to board my dog this is the very first place I will go a special thank you to one of the supervisors named Claudia though everybody was wonderful Claudia overboard the accommodations are wonderful the fact that she had her own room and her own little outside fenced in area she had hours of play time outside you can order a bath whatever it's like a luxury hotel for animals I want to thank everyone there every single person that I dealt with over the years actually and especially Claudia who took a special interest in Molly and Molly will want to come back for her next vacation thank you again I never worried one moment about her

This place is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Establishment is very clean. They have play days with other dogs a pool were I've seen dogs playing together. I loved it. They have Doctors and grooming available and they have VIP suites were you can watch your dog on camera from your phone. I highly recommend visiting for a tour.

My dog died within barely 24 hours into Pet Paradise's care. It took me almost two months to write this review for obvious reasons but I want people to think twice before they use their services or drop off their dog at this establishment. The usual daycare I use for my dogs was closed for New Years and since I was going out of town I looked at most of the pet daycares in my area and did my research. Upon finding Pet Paradise, I called and spoke to Desiree who explained how the pets are taken care of and what type of room my two doberman pinschers would be in. I made a reservation and dropped them off a few days later before traveling. I received a call less than 24 hours later around 7 pm that one of my two dogs, Kato (9 years old), wasn't "being himself." She identified herself as the night supervisor and I asked her what that meant considering they had had my dog for only 24 hrs and it was the first time they had taken care of him. She said he seemed lethargic, his gums aren't as pink, and he's refusing to have dinner. I told her my younger pup can be annoying sometimes if they can separate them (they only had one 300 lb room available when I booked) and let them know I would pay for another room if it opened up as long as they're both happy. She said she was going to keep him behind the desk with her and monitor him and give me a call back if anything. Around 10:30 pm I received another call, this time from a man who also identified himself as a night supervisor. He said that Kato's temperature is coming back up and he seems to be getting better, I was confused and asked if he had a fever since the previous person did not mention anything about temperature to me. He apologized and said he didn't know why she wouldn't mention anything about temperature considering he was HYPOTHERMIC and his temperature was 97 degrees (normal being 101). At this point I did not want to take any chances and immediately called my mom who lives in Hollywood and asked her to drive all the way to Palm Beach to pick him up and take him to an emergency vet. Once she arrived at the vet, Kato was diagnosed with Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV) or "bloat." We paid almost $10,000 for emergency surgery to correct this but Kato did not make it to surgery and passed away right before. In the upcoming days after Kato's death Pet Paradise did not call me ONCE to check on Kato or see what happened after his emergency middle of the night pick up. Not only did they not call, but they also did NOT send me any report cards of my remaining dog, King. The ONLY report card I received in the entire week was the very first day before Kato passed. I had to call myself every single day after Kato passed to check on my other dog King because they could not bother to send me any updates or pictures of him outside like they were supposed to. Before I flew back home, I called Pet Paradise and spoke to Desiree who had no idea what had occurred to Kato since no one had bothered to ask or call. I explained to her that he passed due to their negligence and I asked her to have a manager on site for when I pick up my other dog so I can speak to them. The next day I called from the airport to let them know I was going to pick up King and to make sure there was a manager I could speak to and the person who answered the phone said "I am the manager here today but I don't really know what's going on" which was another slap in the face of their negligence. After arriving at Pet Paradise to pick up my only remaining dog, they led us into a "private room" which was their employee break room which was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The manager said she's "not in the business of hurting dogs" and proceeded to tell us that she works for a corporate company who makes them take as many dogs as they can. She admitted that they were negligent with Kato and that he should not have developed bloat on their watch as it is completely preventable and that they had 150 dogs to take care of that weekend. I dropped off two dogs and only left with one due to Pet Paradise's negligence.

My puppy loves coming to visit, everyone takes really good care of her. She’s happy when she comes in the door, everyone there is happy to see her! Dalton takes really good care of her, He has trained her and through his skills, helped relieve and correct a lot of her anxiety issues. The love that they provide to my puppy makes it easy for me to bring her there as a regular.
