We are beyond pleased with the service. Every day, our child comes home clean, fed, happy, and with all his belongings well organized in his diaper bag. The environment is spotless, and the communication from the staff is excellent. We love the happiness and care the staff provides to our child. Highly recommend this loving preschool!

As a speech therapist for 5+ years, servicing various daycares and MDCPS, I have never experienced/witnessed such behaviors from a director - even of the most difficult of characters. The worst thing for a parent is to see red flags from a center where you are trusting that they are caring after your child and not being able to remove them due to having to find another center with availability. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt in the many instances that I felt my child was not being cared for appropriately, but the numerous situations were excessive. The director becomes completely defensive when questioned rather than providing explanations or at the very least pretending to care when a parent voices a concern. My child did learn in his time there but I would much rather feel like my child is safe & cared for, than if he knows his numbers & colors. This experience really humbled me into prioritizing what’s important for my child at his toddler age & academics is not it. As it is, he had 4+ teachers that I rarely (if ever) spoke to & I was never communicated with when a teacher left & a new one started. My son attended FLP for the past two years. I must say that the staff has always been very friendly, and I honestly haven't had any major issues during his time at the school. My son has learned a lot and enjoyed his time there. Every month, there is a calendar full of activities for the kids. FLP is not your typical basic daycare/school, and I highly recommend it.
Magnífica escuela! Tengo a mi nieta aquí desde pequeña y es muy profesionales, hacen muchas actividades con los niños, tienen muy buena relación con las familias y los niños se aman como si fueran familia. FLP was a great first schooling experience for our baby boy. He absolutely loved going to school. The staff at FLP make sure your child feels loved, secure and loves school. Our son had a great experience at First Launch! He began as a 1 year old and loved his school and all of the staff. Everyone at the school is fantastic with the kids and go above and beyond with the daily stuff, with shows, award ceremonies and graduations for the little ones. We will miss it!

We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience our 4-year-old son has had at FLP. We transitioned to this school on short notice after leaving his previous school, and we were blessed to have been introduced to it by an old friend. Thanks to their recommendation, we were able to get an expedited tour and fell in love with the place within an hour.
