all 5 of my children have been enrolled from infant room thru vpk, I love the care they received and the directors were so kind and easy to talk too I highly recommend this daycare

My kids have been at this school for 10 years and I’ve never had any issues! They treat my kids like their own and I couldn’t be happier with choosing this as a second home for my children! The director Ruth is amazing and goes above and beyond and I can say that about all the staff that I have known for years! She does a great job keeping it a safe and healthy environment for all of these kids!! So thankful for this place!!

This PLACE is HORRIBLE. My son didn’t last even 3 weeks here. Within the 1st week of my 6 MONTH OLD being here he was sick with the FLU, got HIT on the HEAD by a toddler, and then got PINK EYE. After being falsely accused of NOT taking my son to see his pediatrician, never receiving an accident form, AND paying them; they Terminated my son from their daycare. My son wasn’t even there for 3 complete weeks. He’s been through more in that daycare than his whole 6 months with his parents. As soon as I told them these were a problem they decided to remove me from access to Bright-wheel where communication about my son being HIT, SICK, and receiving pink eye due to the filth and unsanitary environment and conditions he’s kept in. I couldn’t even let me son the 3rd week. This daycare only had my son a total of 8 days and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never AGAIN! The employees who dismissed me and my son were Ruth, and a bigger size lady who called me names non stop and told me to leave without getting my sons things. She instead falsely typed up any and everything in order to justify my sons termination. A babysitter there had to go get his things.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. This facility is a nightmare. My son lasted here for not even 2 months. The staff play along and the directors / owner is heartless. They’re only there for your money. They close for breaks as if it’s a public school when you’re paying hard earned money for care for your child not for them to be out on breaks or closing early when the owner gets ready to shut down. We still pay even when they’re closed and PAY ON TIME! My son a 7 month old baby and was on his belly doing tummy time for IDK how long… i could hear my son crying from ( 2 closed doors ) to the top of his lungs in the lobby area as a signed him out for early closer on New Years eve. I walk in and the music blasting… teachers neglecting him. Really? My baby cried SO HARD AND FOR SO LONG his eyes were puffy. Not only have I come in and my son’s nose been running while he eats his bottle and a young girl showing favoritism over another baby basically watches him eat snot laying on the floor, playing music. My son was sent home for having “diarrhea” brought him home and NO SIGN OF DIARRHEA. My son has had a few challenging moments and when I check in on my son it’s as if they’re tired of me. My husband and I took every bit of this and kept faith that they were a good care center. He drops our son off New Years Eve morning and noticed one of the young girls hitting a baby’s back really hard trying to burp him or whatever she was doing. He even said that bothered him seeing that. These people lied on me saying that I harassed 2 teachers over my son. And tried to threaten us by telling us he would be terminated if it continues. WE DIDNT EVEN WANT OUR SON GOING BACK THERE. I was very calm and professional about everything that went on hearing him screaming to the top of his lungs and everything else in the past. When we enrolled him a young lady came in fussing about her daughter not being fed, and going home hungry. She immediately took her out of the facility. THAT WAS A RED FLAG 🚩 if you’re going to run a center have a love for kids because theyre nothing but MONEY HUNGRY!!!!
