This place is a mess, they are constantly in lawsuit. Numerous kids have gotten hurt at the center.
Our daughter is happy to go to "school" every morning, she is treated well, and is always happy whenever we stop in. I feel like the staff here really care about our child's well-being. We also appreciate that they are constantly cleaning the entire facility, there is always someone somewhere cleaning which is nice. Occasionally you encounter a frustrated parent but hey, parents are crazy. We've only had good experiences here so far.
Love the staff & that i can drop in anytime I want. My daughter comes home with something new she's learned every day!
similar experience as the review before Look somewhere else, the owners are not involved and a family member Chrissy handles the facilities currently, very short tempered, and never handles things appropriately. I heard her tell parents they were bad parents. She never discusses things in a office always in the hall in front of other parents and your children. We tried two of there facilities, the one on Nova road had a turn over of a teacher a month so we moved to Clyde Morris. Where we met Chrissy, wow what a character. White trash at its best! I am glad we left.
I have two children going here. A 5 month old and 3 year old. My 3 year old has been attending Sandcastle for 2 years. I had an issue when he first was there, and the director fixed the problem right away. Very comforting that they care about the kids so much. The director and staff are always very helpful, and professional. They actually teach the children instead of just babysitting. My son has learned so much!! We love it here.
