Prodigy at Winthrop is wonderful. The staff is always friendly, helpful, genuine, and pleasant. No one seems burnt out or checked out. The teachers are passionate and enjoy teaching. The director and front office staff are great. My daughter was developmentally behind at another daycare from lack of interaction, but has finally started talking and communicating. She is happy to go to school and doesn’t cry at drop off everyday. I will say parking can be difficult as several Winthrop Parents encroach on Prodigy parking. The director -Amy has tried to politely ask these parents to stop using the parking lot that prodigy families NEED , but she has been yelled and cursed at by these Winthrop parents.
Prodigy at Winthrop provides a friendly and inviting atmosphere where kids are inspired to explore, grow, and learn. The children can learn in a secure and supportive environment thanks to the competent and kind team members. The program is interesting and emphasizes social and academic growth. All things considered, it's a great place for kids to start their education.
Love Love Love this school! My son loves his teacher & enjoys coming to school everyday! The teachers & staff working here are amazing! I’ve definitely seen the improvement in his learning and cant wait to see whats in store for the rest of the school year.
My son is in the 3s class and loves his “owl school” - always happy to go. They do such cute things with the kids like their little store, parades, yoga wellness room, art room and they even eat in a cafeteria just like big kids. The only negative thing is the amount of “holiday closures” there are. I’ve never seen a daycare be closed so many days - such as the day after Christmas and New Year’s Eve for example. Parents work these days. We also work Xmas Eve. But when the daycare is closed it puts us in a bind. Other than that - this school has been a great experience.
This is truly the finest Reggio based learning center in the area. Ms. Amy and and Ms. Kendrea go above for their school and that support shows in the happiness of their teachers. Everyone is always smiling and happy to be at Prodigy - Winthrop. The students and their families are the top priority. I would encourage someone looking for high quality care to check this school out.
I have taken my daughter to various school before Prodigy. And let me say none have helped, and made such an impact as this school has on both of my children! They are very passionate and patient with the students. They carefully choose the teachers they hire. And all the ones I have met have been amazing! I completely trust them with my kids. I highly recommend this school if you want the best foundation for your kids education! I know as parents we want the best for our kids. And I’ll say this is the best early learning you can put your kids in.
Prodigy Early Learning Center is one of the best ran preschools I have ever worked for in Florida. Ms. Amy is great director, and I enjoy working with her every day! Ms. Kendrea is a great assistant director and always has fun events planned for the families. I am extremely happy and enjoy coming to work and teaching my children every day! I love that the school has lots of different experiences for the children to explore everyday like wellness center for meditation, art studio, and culinary lab for the children learn cooking skills. I love how everyone I work with is like family and we all get along so well. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. If you're looking for an amazing school to send your children. Prodigy Early Learning at Winthrop is the school for you.
