While searching for somewhere safe for our kids, my husband said he went to post sunshine when he was little. When we arrived, Lynea was very kind and gave us a tour. I asked about cameras and she advised that she wasn’t comfortable having cameras that were shared with parents in a place with children while people could hack into them. It truly gave me a different outlook. They do have cameras for any issues to look back on. Lynea does keep a tight ship and can be intimidating at times but don’t take it personal she only does whats best for the kids. For 5 years, we have had minimal issues and any issues we did have, we took to Lynea who addressed it. Both of my kids absolutely loved post sunshine and their teachers. My kids came home stinky, tired, filthy, stained clothes and a long day of fun and learning. Both of my kids also did VPK there and were great when starting kindergarten with both teachers advising they were “advanced”. As a mother of 4 boys, i needed a place where my kids could go and be kids! That is exactly what I found here! When my kids attended this school, they were surrounded by so many unique experiences. Access to a farm, seeing tanks of alligators and turtles and even 2 horses that run in the field. Once a week, I would bring carrots for the horses as a reward for my kids great behavior. One of my kids had an emotional disability and the owner helped me through so many of those trials and tribulations. She helped me not feel alone and offered me a shoulder when I was frustrated. This childcare facility felt like home and made me feel so safe and secure dropping off my kids. Recorded cameras everywhere, owner on premise and always taking my concerns serious, even if they were little things (which they all were lol). As a tired mom, having a support team makes a world of difference! I definitely recommend this facility! ----- Author: Shawn Clemens Rating: 1/5 Date: 1/4/2022, 10:26:11 PM Review: Someone who works there trapped a baby in a closet with the light off and security camera turned off and has music playing in the room where the worker was. On top of that also covers sleeping baby’s faces with burb cloths. Has nothing to do with any of my grandchildren. You should have cameras in the rooms as others do so that those that can't speak for themselves have protection.
