My daughters have been going to this school since they were 3 months old. The teachers truly care and it is a family atmosphere. My kids are now in the Infant class, Three year old class and Kindergarten and they are thriving. It is great to see your kids wake up excited and ready for school every day.

I love the Montessori teaching for my toddlers but the people here are what makes it so great. My 2nd child was there from 3¬Ω until Kindergarten- her VPK graduation showed handful of kids who had been here from infants to 4YO and the teachers were so emotional. They even checked in on how she was doing in Kindergarten. Now my youngest just started. Both will attend summer camp as well. The staff is so understanding, patient and caring- from the Administration to Teachers.

In the few short weeks we had our son there, I can gladly say we had a great experience at Pine Island Montessori. We came from a school that was supposed to be "elite" and our child was always sick and suffered from diaper rashes constantly. The staff at Pine Island Montessori is on top of it! My child was changed every hour, never encountered a diaper rash or sickness. The facility was warm, welcoming, and very clean. My child was loved by their staff and teachers. The school communicated through an app in which the teachers would communicate and post pictures of your child during an activity, and many photos throughout the day, as well as diaper changes, food, and nap. The staff also communicated any important information through this app. All the kids always seemed happy including my son. I can say we will be putting our next child in this school and we completely trust that our kids are in great hands. I highly recommend this place for childcare!

I went to visit this school today and I was happy with the overall experience. The lady that gave me the tour was very informative and explained everything and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. The elementary teacher I met with was also very nice and seemed educated and flexible which I liked. Very down to earth. I like that they mix the Montessori with the traditional methods of teaching. I like that they’re not obsessed with homework. Lol. The kids seemed happy, the classrooms and space was nice. The school is not too expensive and the school lunch prices are not too bad either. I had a very pleasant experience. I didn’t like the roadways on the way to the school because the roads are way too close to the deep lake areas and there is no barrier in between. You can easily drive your car into the lake accidentally. Not sure if we can consider the school because my hubby says it’s a bit too far from us. If we don’t end up in this school it’s only because it’s a bit too far from us. As a first impression, yes, I do recommend it. I wish it was a bit closer, 20 mins drive each way is not fun. Let’s see what happens!

this school is complete trash! the director is sneaky and a liar. very disappointed. : (

My almost six month old has been going to Pine Island since she turned three months old. I can honestly say I couldn't be more pleased. As a new mom I was really nervous about leaving my baby with someone else. They take such great care of her and she's always excited to see her teacher. Her whole face lights up with a smile. My daughter is always happy and content when I pick her up. You can see that her teachers truly care for her. I love that they make sure she gets her tummy time too. They have a awesome app they use to keep me updated on her actvites. The teacher can send me direct messages if they need anything and they also post photos of my daughter for me. It really eases my anxiety. I also like that the teacher to baby ratio is kept low. I feel like my daughter gets the attentions she needs. I've read some of these other reviews before I came to check them out and I was hesitant. But I can say I have no problem with the security. Anytime I've come to the door in the middle of the day it's locked and I've had to be buzzed in. My husband came in one day without me to pick up our daughter and they requested to see his license. They even checked to make sure he was on the list of approved people to pick her up. I'm really glad to have found this school.
