Next Jen was a Godsend for me. I loved working here, and my baby loved attending. Jen and Malcolm were always a joy to work with as well as the team I worked with! My baby learned so much while attending here and made so many great friends!! Would 100% recommend this daycare to anyone looking!!

This is the most unprofessional ghetto daycare I’ve ever seen in my life. I overlooked the appearance and the layout hoping that the husband and wife directors were sincere in their love of children and the treatment of the children would negate the overall trashy appearance of the establishment. My daughter has been in the daycare for two weeks and today will be her last day. I’ve witnessed workers on their cell phones, children playing with Rusty old toys outside and flipping a plastic play center over with a worker not even watching on their cell phone. My daughter is filthy every day I have picked her up as if she has been walking barefoot on nasty floors the whole day. I expected her to get sick around other kids but she just had the worst virus. This morning I went to drop her off. Only her second day back after being sick and we arrived at 9:07. The door was locked and they left me out there for ten minutes in the rain with her. A worker told be that since i arrived after 9 She couldn’t stay. I was shocked as I’ve never heard of this policy. I did see a sign on the door her first week that said to call if you are dropping off after 9 but I never heard or saw any policy saying they weren’t allowed to stay or come after 9. The sign isn’t even there anymore. I didn’t have to be at work until 9:30 this morning so I wasn’t planning on bringing her until then. I respect policy, that’s what I do for a living, but the audacity to refuse to speak to me or consider that she had only been in the daycare for 7 or 8 days total and that I should have been made aware of this policy? I repeatedly asked to speak to the director and was told no. They would call. And then that the husband would call when I asked again. I had other concerns i needed to address and was treated so disrespectfully. My husband called and they outright lied to him saying I had been told multiple times about this policy. This was my first time ever bringing her after 9 and I had no idea. I was shocked. They were rude and disrespectful to him too. So needless to say my daughter won’t be back. It’s dirty, unsafe, and the directors are rude and unprofessional. I’m just in shock at how they are still in business.

This review is long overdue. My son started Next J’eneration at around mid December. He was extremely attached to me and would cry like there’s no tomorrow but to see these teachers have so much love and patience with him was incredible. We’re at the point now where I open the door to the daycare and my son gets excited and jumps into the arms of his teachers. He’s always smiling and excited to come back the next day, as a mom that’s all you could ever want. Having peace of mind that while you’re working or studying, your child is being taken care of with love is such a comforting feeling. The owners are the most kind hearted and understanding people, my son had some health issues and they didn’t think twice before making certain accommodations to help my son and I get through this tough time. I’m so grateful!

Highly disappointed, I paid the registration fee and was told my child's spot would be reserved. My child didn’t start at the beginning of the week BUT I called and was told to simply call the day before my child’s start date and was reassured he would have a spot. I did exactly that and was then told that there were two drop ins put it the place of my child so I couldn’t bring him. Due to that I had to miss my first day of work and probably lost my job. I have no family here and I’m a new single mom and I completely wasted my money on what I originally thought was a good fit for my son. Drop in care should NOT replace a full-time child’s position especially with a paid registration fee. Just seems so unfair and clearly everyone wasn’t on the same page despite what I was told.

We’ve been at Next Jen’eration for about a year and we’ve had a really great experience. The owners are really fabulous and the teachers truly care for the kids. I love the open floor plan. My kids love their friends. 5 stars!
