I hoped to find a place that Bailey could be well cared for during my work day with pleasant staff and nice pets. What I received was much more! Bailey is now a much calmer and well behaved dog at home after spending the days with her friends and the wonderful Nefertiti’s staff. Five stars is not enough..... First of all, I will NEVER send my 3 large dogs any where else again, and that's saying a lot because I travel a lot with my work. I've had some very unfortunate experiences previously boarding my three babies in other facilities which shall remain undisclosed. The moment I entered the front door of Nefertiti's I knew it was a special place for dogs of ALL sizes and energy levels. It feels more like a home but is so incredibly equipped. They are such professionals, and ensure that dogs are put in play groups that are most suitable for their size and level of play. No pup left behind! I experienced peace of mind for the first time as every dog lover knows how hard it is to leave them and someone else's hands.. The level of loving care that they receive is UNMATCHED. Denise is an absolute angel and so are all of her wonderful caretakers. I received several photos each and every day reassuring me that my pups were safe, healthy, comforted, having a blast, and most of all being loved on. You can rest assured she and her staff will also keep you abreast of any concerns, no matter how small. Denise helped me out in a true time of desperation, and restored my faith in dog boarding and doggy daycare. After some bad experiences, my puppy Jack has found his new favorite place. The staff has been extremely welcoming and keeps me informed with everything going on. The owners pay special attention to all the dogs and makes sure your dog is safe and having fun. My Cory love’s coming here. I’ve tried other places and noticed they sat in cages a good part of the day.
