The only reason this facility gets one star is because the infant room teachers, Zoey and Hannah, were amazing. They ensured our son felt loved and cared for. Unfortunately, they have since left – likely due to the work environment. While the facility itself looks beautiful, appearances can be deceiving. My child was frequently sick while attending this daycare, which raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Since moving to a new daycare, he’s hardly been sick at all. The director, Sharde is unprofessional and dismissive, prioritizing the daycare’s image over the well-being of the children. When my child transitioned to the next two classrooms, he was bitten more times than I can count and sustained more injuries than ever before. The classroom ratios were poor, and many incidents seemed to result from inadequate supervision. The teachers in his third classroom were the worst. I was informed of concerning behaviors and potential abuse, only for the staff to backtrack and deny these issues when a DCF report was filed. As a parent, I felt my child’s safety was not a priority. On multiple occasions, I witnessed teachers yelling at my child for things he didn’t do. Teachers should understand child development, yet my son was repeatedly bitten by peers without intervention, eventually leading him to mimic the behavior to defend himself. I thoroughly researched daycare options because I’ve worked in child welfare, and I know not all facilities are created equal. Initially, I was satisfied, but things quickly deteriorated. Despite numerous conversations with the director, nothing changed. The focus was always on appearances, not the children’s safety. It took time for me to write this because I needed to cool off after withdrawing my child. Moving him to a new daycare was the best decision we made. He no longer cries and screams at drop-off – he’s excited to go and greeted with warmth. I hope this daycare can improve, but that won’t happen if they continue hiring unqualified staff. For some children, daycare is their only safe space, and that responsibility should be taken seriously. If aesthetics are your priority, this facility might work for you. However, if you value quality care, nurturing, and genuine concern for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish our experience had been different. As a parent of a child who already faced challenges, I regret choosing this facility. Fortunately, children are resilient, but the lack of staff accountability – especially from the director – was the final straw. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I would also consider the source of these reviews as Sharde often has family, friends, and teachers write reviews to pad the Google ratings.

I love MSK!! I was VERY VERY worried about putting my kids in any daycare because they have ALWAYS been at home with me.. I honestly am VERY PROTECTIVE ABOUT my 3! But let me tell you Ms.Krystal & Angelica Ms.Leah and My babies new teacher Brianna have made me so happy and comfortable with leaving my babies with them. I know they are SAFE and well taken care of. Plus anytime I have questions or concerns about ANYTHING Ms.Sharde , Katie & Krista are right there LOVEEEEEEE THEMMMMMM & MSK 😩🫶🏾

The staff is truly amazing. Highly recommend mustard seed to anyone looking for a place to bring there kids.
