My children have been apart of Ms.Claudia’s for the past 4 years , and have created some of their best memories there. By far the most helpful, attentive & caring child care center I’ve came across. HIGHLY recommended.

It is a blessing to attend Ms. Claudia's. My daughter has been here since age 7. Everyone stays until they age out. Ms. Claudia offers aftercare and let me tell you, my daughter has been the happiest since attending MCVA. I drive an hour just so my daughter can enjoy herself and create long lasting friendships and memories. Summer camp is the absolute best pool days, bounce houses, field trips, STEM are just some the activities. The staff is very professional treats each child as if that child were their own. As a former staff who still volunteers we are like family. Safety and education is our top priority. Preschool-KG are learning sight words, associating letters to sounds which eventually leads to reading. Ms. Claudia has served her community and even teaches the preschoolers about giving back and community service by doing annual turkey and toy drives during the holiday season.

Don’t even waste your time with this place. I was back and forth for MONTHS talking to Ms Claudia and Ms Mejia. I filled out the application, had to get my daughters physical (she was 13 months at the time), send my credit card information, and send all my daughters private information. She had a date to start and I bought all her supplies, book bag, lunch box, etc and the DAY BEFORE she was going to start, I get a call from Claudia. Suddenly there is “no room” for my daughter anymore (the day before she was going to start). I think to myself “ok this is very unprofessional” but Claudia said there might be space in January. January rolls around and I reach out and all of a sudden no one answers calls and texts. All Claudia says is “there’s no availability” no answer as to when there will be availability or if I should just find another school. They have completely ghosted me. BEWARE they make you send all your personal information and child’s information and then suddenly “there’s no room”. Feels like a scam and very unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time. Find another place to put your child.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! Teachers are not qualified and dont take care of the kids, dont know how to prioritize the kids and instead have a bunch of excuses on why they dont do what they’re supposed to. Extremely insensitive care takers, immature and scary place to have your kids spending their days at. We moved my daughter here from Montessori because of distance benefits and it has been the worst decision we could’ve possibly make. There was not a day my daughter came back happy or excited to go to school. Instead she said she was scared to be there. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to a wonderful team at Ms. Claudia Village Academy. I remember when kids my attended the school, they have provided exceptional care for my three children: My oldest son (20) and my two younger daughters (18)(16). From the beginning, they created a nurturing and safe environment where each of my kids felt valued and loved. Their dedicated to fostering both academic and emotional growth has been evident in the way my children eagerly look forward to each day spent there. The staff's professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for the wellbeing of each child have made Ms. Claudia Village Academy an invaluable part of our lives. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to the development and happiness of my heart.

First of all as I really don’t write that many reviews I have to write this one . Ms Claudia village Academy is hands down one of the best afterschool , schools and programs around in Miami hands down . I have had the privilege to have 2 of my kids attend her school and they absolutely loved it . What makes her school so awesome is how engage she is with everyone and makes her students feel it’s more then and aftercare or school . She makes the students and family members truly feel as we are one big family . I remember when Covid hit and I as many other parents pleaded to Ms Claudia to setup class so the kids could have a school structure in place as being home and trying to have a young child in front of an computer for hours didn’t work . She listen to us and help out every single kid that she could . This is the type of person we need more of in the world . A person who listens and does everything in her power to help the community. My kids absolutely love Ms Claudia and everyone that works for her .even the driver who picks them up from school is a true professional. I can honestly say we have never and I mean ever had a bad experience with anything with her or her school . You can not go wrong having your child in her hands or her staff . I just wish I could leave a 100 stars !!!

After careful consideration, I have made the decision to discontinue using the transportation services provided by Ms. Claudia's Village. This decision has been made from witnessing their involvement in fraudulent activities, which have raised serious concerns about the credibility of the organization. Ms. Claudia Cubillos, the former Mayor and owner of the company, has made unfair decisions that exploit the government of The City of Miami. Moreover, their transportation services have failed to meet the needs of families and the company has neglected to provide support to those in need. Additionally, they have unlawfully overcharged customers by imposing excessive fees with false statements. Ms. Claudia was given a receipt confirming that payments were made, and yet she continues to demand payment. Due to valid allegations, an investigation is currently underway regarding the activities of Ms. Claudia's Village and Claudia Cubillos. Furthermore, Ms. Claudia Cubillos has unjustifiably blocked my account without providing any valid reasoning. This gives rise to concerns about the ethical behavior of Ms. Claudia's Village. Their transportation services operate in an unethical manner, disregarding fundamental principles and sales ethics. Additionally, the company poses a safety hazard by employing unreliable drivers who lack proper endorsements. Additionally, the vehicles used by Ms. Claudia's Village for transportation should have appropriate signage to ensure the safety of children, which the company does not have posted in the afternoon. Presently, the company is involved in a corruption scandal aimed at defrauding the general public in Miami, FL. Claudia Cubillos has misused her authority by imposing unwarranted delinquency fees and threatening to engage a lawyer to penalize customers without any valid justification. Based on the information provided, I am stating that due to the unethical practices, safety concerns, and fraudulent activities associated with Ms. Claudia's Village transportation services, I have chosen to discontinue using their services. With that said, I will also need the help of the county in providing transportation for the upcoming school year for my children's charter school, Miami Children's Museum Charter School.

My daughter loves Ms. Claudia's Village Academy! She has been there for about 3 years and we could not be happier. Ms. Claudia and her staff go above and beyond for all the kids (with learning, activities, holiday festivities, etc.) they make everyday learning fun! My daughter will be going to kindergarten next year and has told me several times she does not want to leave Ms. Claudias, luckily after school care is an option here so she will still be able to enjoy everything Ms. Claudia's has to offer!

We have 5 children and have been a Miami Shores resident for the past 12 years and I will never regret the decision to place all of our children in Ms. Claudia's Village Academy. Where can I start by? Our first son is now 11 years and our youngest 4 and all of them look forward to go either for tutoring, after school, pre-school and summer camps. Ms. Claudia's Village Academy offers a variety of programs and enrichments activities for all ages, ethnicities and needs for each child. My family is beyond blessed for the support and help Ms. Claudia's staff and owner has provided to me as a mom of 5 and to my children. I wish every school had the same thrive and wish to make children success a priority and not profits! I only wish the best and all the parents to make the decision to place their little ones in Ms. Claudia's Village Academy which are the best hands while we as parents make a living and better life for our families!
