I have never had any issues with this ever before at his previous daycare. Well, his second day back he ended up getting a cut and a black eye basically from "falling" again. I decided to take that day off to watch the cameras to see if they were doing their jobs. I sat and sat and watched the camera. The teacher was grabbing the children(s) arms above the wrist as well as the upper arm and pulling them to sit down. I watch many times the teacher(s) not paying attention and I watched a younger child laying on the floor and then another little girl stomping as hard as she could on his hands, back, and stomach. If that were my son I would have drove down in a heartbeat. I was so excited to enroll him in this daycare however THIS location IS NOT IT. Those two days he was there my child came back home starving literally crying because he was so hungry and thirsty and every time I even drove in the parking lot he would start screaming and crying and saying no no no... I have never ever had any issues like this before. On top of that him being in there 2 days I still paid his daycare fee for the two weeks which is above 300 dollars and they did not offer any composition after stating to me that they would work with me while I got my ELC transferred. Not saying that I need it, but it would have been nice of them to accommodate due to everything that happened. Please mommy's be cautious.

La Petite Academy in Lake Mary has been an excellent choice for our daughter. She is now two and has been enrolled since she was 9 months old. The teachers in charge of the infants, toddlers and twos are truly wonderful and care for the children's well being. They are also extremely flexible with a busy mom's schedule. Miss Jessie is always so kind. I am happy to leave my daughter in their care.

I can not think of enough kind words to describe this school. My granddaughter Amyra has been in the care of these wonderful ladies since she was 8 months old. They love her like their own. Amyra will be 3 and she has excelled. She knows all her colors and her alphabet, shapes and is counting. They have already begun teaching her days of the week.i have read some of the bad reviews and this has just not been our experience with these professional ladies. Just yesterday when we arrived at school my granddaughter ran to one of her teachers, Miss Liberty and hugged her legs. I feel compelled to add that Amyra is mixed race due to that completely false claims of racism that have been made against Ms. Kristen. Amyra beams at all her caregivers there. Ms. Kristen, Ms DonnaMs. Salome, Ms. Kim Ms Wanda and Ms Raphaela feeds them so well!!! We were truly blessed to have found this school for our most precious little girl. Ladies, you have a job that is often times thankless. Which is unfortunate because you love and care for othe peoples children as if they were your own. From my family to you all THANK YOU for LOVING AMYRA THE WAY WE DO. Keep up the good work.

Beware of this shady school and keep your babies away! Liberty is a bigot! Kristin, and her will ignore families of color, rolling their eyes, and making passive aggressive comments. Liberty has a careless attitude, and nearly hit my child with a swinging door, and kept on walking without acknowledging her actions. The first week that my child attended this school he caught RSV and had to be hospitalized. The school made zero effort to notify parents afterwards. The food is horrible, my child lost 4 pounds after attending for 3 weeks. I was not notified that my child was not eating the food. Needless to say my child will no longer attend this sham of a school!

My child has been at this school for 3 years. His behavior has changed at school recently. No one knows why. He has been remove from school. I don’t understand why he was kicked out without being suspended with them knowing he was scheduled to have someone come out to observe him to understand why he has this sudden change in school only. He did not have any behavior problems before attending la petite academy in lake Mary. He has had multiple illnesses while attending this school. I should have followed my first mind and removed him at the end of last school year, but I figured he only had 1 year remaining before he could go to elementary school. I wish the best of luck with this place

My son has been coming here for almost a year now, and we absolutely love them! His previous daycare was turning into a nightmare, and from the moment that I first spoke to the daycare director, to my son’s first day, it was a complete 180. My son was 1 when he started here, and went from having separation anxiety, not walking, and not very social, to an outgoing, talkative toddler, who RUNS, and loves to play. Every teacher, and staff member goes above and beyond, and show concern for every child. They treat us like family, and I am more than thankful!

My girlfriend had 2 scheduled appointments virtually and the facility never answered any of them when she called. She also left multiple voicemails and myself and no one ever return a phone call back. She even called customer service who tried to connect her to the facility with no luck. I am wondering if we have a child there at the daycare how they would respond if we called. This is absolutely ridiculous
