Who ever was driving bus 07 on 2/26/25 between 5:30 & 6:00pm needs to be fired. His driving was recklessness at its worst and with elderly people on board was horrific to watch. Mother loves her time at Loving Heart (Ft. Myers location). She enjoys the activities and talking with others. It makes her quality of life so much more than if she stayed at home all day. Whoever the driver is that is driving people around 4:00 p.m. today January 12th is driving recklessly, tailing people, honking at people, and driving over the cement dividers on the street, making the bus all tipped lopsided. I don't have any family here, but whoever was driving like that is definitely endangering the people in that bus.

A little over a year ago, we enrolled my mother here. She has been given excellent care and she is loved by the staff. I would like to give a special shout-out to Fraicy Delgado who has gone far above to make sure my mother is comfortable and well-adjusted in her surroundings at Loving Heart. Thank you for all you do!
My husband LOVES Loving Heart! All of the staff are wonderful and so caring and kind. He really looks forward to his time with them and is so happy and seems more independent after spending time there. We are so happy to have become a part of the group and are so thankful they are there for us!
