I love this place and so do my kids!
I heard so much that the daycare was good but I beg to differ ! My daughter started this daycare may 28th, the second week of her attending I was told certain documents were needed or she wouldn’t be able to attend anymore , being that I did not want to risk losing my job because of child care loss, documentation that I was asked to give was given. Today June 13th as I dropped my daughter off I was told that she could not attend being that she did not have a doctors note for her allergies which was NOT asked for AT ALL. One thing they don’t forget to tell you about is PAYMENT ! They tell you if your signature is unclear you will be charged ! They are very hostile when it comes to them making mistakes and have a don’t care attitude which is BAD for business. To many red flags. Please e mindful
Rude lady on the phone. I just called to ask if they accept ELC and she can't understand me asking if I could have a tour and she raise her voice telling me "well right now I'm at full capacity" and hang up on me.
Love all there staff, they have treated my babies as there own for the last 7 years, thank you!!!
