Front desk staff is always welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. workers have been great caring for our infant since 6weeks old giving us peace of mind leaving him there. The app is also great allowing us to monitor child’s feeding, naps, etc.

My daughter enjoys going to ladybird everyday. My daughter gets so excited when she sees her teachers. The teachers does an awesome job with the kids. My daughter learning skills skyrocket, when she started going to ladybird. I am amazed of how much my daughter had learned, for the few months she's been there. It's amazing how the staff has so much passion for these kids and what they do. They provide safe care and great education for the kids. Patricia the director is an amazing person. She's lovable with the kids. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. My son has been attending the before and after school program here for over 4 years now , including the summer camps . My son enjoys going to ladybird everyday. All the staff truly have a passion for what they do. They provide safe care and great education for the kids . I couldn’t pick a better day care for my son . Patricia the director really goes above and beyond to ensure my son is well taken care and all of his needs are met . ----- Author: josephine morales Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/27/2024, 2:42:23 PM Review: We’ve been involved with ladybird academy St. Cloud for about 5 years now, both my girls LOVE everyone there all the teachers and directors are amazing! They’re so patient and understanding I love that it’s only women working and love the security, live camera acess in the classrooms, gated playground, code acess doors, bathrooms inside the classrooms the entire school is clean, They’re so attentive and really take care in how they react to behavior and medications one child has autism and ADHD and the other is an asthmatic any parent especially a parent with a child with needs knows how scary it is to leave your babies in fear for the worst i have none of that with this school, if ever I have an issue it’s addressed immediately and theirs no other issues the meals are great it’s nothing frozen and processed it’s an actual cooked meal you’d cook at home they’re always having a party or a school event especially in the summer every week it’s something new and the kids love that! The staff are very helpful, professional and wonderful with the students and parents. The facility is clean and safe. One thing that I love the most is that they are constantly sending me pictures and videos of my daughter. I would definitely recommend this school to others. my Daughter loves this school and I am at peace knowing my daughter is in great hands, Patricia Peralta and her staff have welcomed my daughter with open hands. 5 stars for this school.

The school, led by Ms. Patricia and her staff, offers an exceptional curriculum and creates a safe and loving environment for the children. I never had to worry about my boys while they were there. I will always remember how Ms. Leisha comforted my oldest son during circle time when he was new to the class. Every morning, Ms. Sharleen greets everyone with a smile and by name. The VPK teachers, Ms. Judy and Ms. Karen, are amazing and truly passionate about their jobs and students. Prior to joining Ladybird I was a stay at home mom and had just returned to work, my daughter was used to being with me always and had difficulty with seperation. Gracefully these amazing teachers with their love and patience provided my daughter with support and care which helped her adjust. Not only were they supportive to her but also me. Everyday the classroom was full of love, joy, and she learned so much in just this school year! The communication, curriculum, social development and family engagement was so amazing! I thank Ms. Kristy and Ms. Kera for the amazing work and care they provided my daughter. They are top of the top quality for your child! Ms. Patricia and Ms. Leysha always go above and beyond for all the kiddos. They have an amazing curriculum. My daughter has been going there now on 2 years and she will stay there until she grows out of her school. She went in only speaking one language and now she is almost bilingual. Lady Bird of St Cloud is the best!!!! <3

The school is really beautiful, organized, clean the staff in front are really nice and helpful but I am really dissappointed to the way that a teacher at the butterflies room took with my little girl forcing to sleep with a bad manner. Sometimes doesn't have to much patience with kids because I saw on Cameras differents days. I had another point of view at the beggining but know I am really bad, sad, dissaponted. Make sure to ckeck Cameras if you has kids at different time of the day. Kids needs a lot of patience and love. ----- Author: karina Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/28/2024, 1:58:36 PM Review: My Daughter has been attending Ladybird Academy for two and a half years.At first she would cry alot and her teachers would hold her to comfort her. Since i Knew my daughter had never been with anyone else we opted for the camera option. So we can watch her all day. After we knew that my child had entrusted herself with her teacher we eased off the camera. As soon as she had gained the teachers trust it was time to move her up to the next class. We thought oh no here we go again with the crying, and on top of that she had to be potty trained. We thought it would be a nightmare. We were wrong it was such a smooth transition that my daughter ended up loving her next teacher. She loves going to school and gets mad at me for picking her up early. They have sports programs that come to the school and teach the kids. My little one does soccer and basketball and she gets excited every time. Security at the school is a must for all parents and this one has a great security system. Absolutely no one with out approved credentials can enter. The front ladies are always there to answer any questions and you can tell they all work as an equal team to help out in any situation. As she graduates this year to go onto kindergarten we know we choose right by taking her to this school.Thank you Ladybird and staff for always being there for my daughter. ----- Author: Ashley Vaughan Rating: 3/5 Date: 2/2/2023, 4:38:12 PM Review: Overall good school. One of the morning teachers is mean from what my child has told me and I believe it's the same teacher who threw away part of another reviewer's child's costume for "not listening". This teacher smashed the toys that my child was playing with because he was accused of not cleaning up the previous toys he supposedly played with although my child told me it was a different kid who was playing with the toys. Their app for the cameras never worked for me (I requested access in the beginning but was never given access by the time he left 5 months later) so I could never watch the classroom cameras despite of my requests, but all that aside, overall good school and nice front desk staff. ----- Author: Paola Marengo Rating: 1/5 Date: 11/17/2021, 2:21:21 AM Review: What would you do if your child told you part of his costume was thrown into the garbage by the teacher because he was not listening? I'm sure you would ask for clarification! That was exactly what I did. The response from the director (Patricia): "I'll find out what happened". I had to go the next day to find out myself, she didn't even remember what the issue was, she stated she didn't recommend I watched the video and she didn't want to talk to the teachers until their lunch break. I'm sure it just didn't matter for her. After she reviewed the video and spoke to the teachers, she finally called to tell me: "so the glasses were never in the garbage, the teacher did tell him that she was going to throw them away but that was it". No apologies, no changes, I didn't see her again. After that, I could see the teachers started ignoring my child and I could see how they would leave him crying for long times. then I started receiving reports that my child was hitting other kids however, that was inconsistent with what i was seeing on camera. According to the teacher in question, said incidents never occurred in the classroom where the cameras are, they all occurred in the playground and other areas where cameras are not live for parent to watch. It only took a week for them to expel him from the daycare. I never had complaints from him at his previous daycare, he sometimes gets very active, like any other kid but he's never aggressive with others. The first report I got from them was that he bit another kid, which I have never seen him do before and they immediately suggested emotional therapy. I don't even think they know anything about kids! Although cameras are great, there is no sound , so you won't know what they are telling the kids! Communication through the app didn't work for me, teachers answered very few times. I only heard good things from Lady bird before but, unfortunately our experience was very poor.
