It’s definitely bittersweet that we had to part ways but this is the BEST daycare by far that I’ve had my little one in. The teachers & other staff members will love on your little one as if they’re their own. They took care of my son since he was 1 years old and he absolutely LOVED his teachers. They did an excellent job working with my little one when it came to eating, learning curriculum & play times. They always update you through their app and gave a sense of peace with their live streaming video. Do not hesitate to put your child here! They are also a Gold seal school for children of all ages. Another reason why I loved this daycare is because it isn’t your average daycare that you drive by and see while on main roads, it is on a backroad next to a church & is somewhat hidden & you wouldn’t even know there was a daycare there until you actually go there. Overall it is my favorite for my little one and we will miss everyone there dearly.

Author: Kendra Williams Rating: 1/5 Date: 4/23/2024, 10:27:16 PM Review: Today I arrived earlier to pick up my son and thank God. Turns out the teacher had left my TWO year old son ALONE outside in the hot sun. The story I received is that he walked away from the class inside and opened the door by himself while the teacher was serving water. 1. I do not think my son is strong enough to reach open and push open that door. 2. Even if he was, he would have waddled across an open floor were two adults were located, past every camera pointed outside and in the classrooms, opened a door that loudly beeps whenever you open it, and yet not one adult noticed. Beyond that, when I asked the teacher where my son was she just repeated his name and stared at me. I didn't think she spoke English. So I just walked off to go look for him myself and I find him alone, outside, diaper full, in the Florida sun eating mulch. What does she say when I come in? "My bad." Then when the director questions her she can suddenly talk and comes up with this story about my son being accounted for when they came inside but walking away while she was serving water. Keep in mind the door was at least 30 feet from the water fountain. For a toddler to walk away that far and no one to notice is INSANE. I think she just marked all the kids present and didn't realize she left him outside when she came in then lied about it so she wouldn't seem as bad, if that's possible. I ask them to reel the cameras back... they don't record. Worthless. Respect for the other children is the only thing that stopped me from losing my mind. I can only imagine how long he would have been outside had I not shown up and hour and a half earlier then my usual time. No amount of good they've done makes up for this.

My daughter has been at this school for over a year now. I have put up with the uncleanliness, the disorganization, and the inconsistency because at least the teachers she had made up for it. Yet now, there is new leadership and they are BEYOND RUDE. They clearly care nothing for children and all about getting money (which is ironic because the teachers here are wildly underpaid… even the ones who have been there for years and have won awards for their work). The new management sends agressive emails demanding payment constantly … even to those who have paid already. They do not respond to any of my messages in the app and treat me even worse in person. Looking for a new daycare immediately and I hope that the organization leadership who reads this feels guilt and shame on the principles they are currently running this business on.
As a new parent, I am so happy that my baby girl can grow and learn with Miss Ellie. She is amazing with the babies and so attentive. The directors of the school are very helpful with any concerns or questions I may have. I love the app that allows my family to watch my baby LIVE and the alerts with every feeding or change. I can work with ease knowing that my baby girl is doing fine and having a good time. And I also appreciate being able to meet and talk to all the teachers in the school. Special thanks to Miss Raisa, Miss Yanique, and Miss Demetra! You guys are excellent with the babies ü´∂üèæ
Wish more teachers cared about the kids cause the ones in miss d. williams class like my nephew isn’t learning anything and her connection with the parents is nonexistent we need someone more involved and invested in the youth not someone there for a check .
Initially, everything seemed promising. As a parent and former teacher, I have specific expectations from a school. The director was commendable, and the teacher was exemplary. However, once my child entered the 2-year-old class, everything changed. Her behavior regressed, and her progress with potty training stalled. As her parents, we observed a significant negative shift. The teacher only spoke a language that wasn't spoken at home, leading to communication barriers. Consequently, my wife and I received frequent calls, with the school often attributing issues to our barely-speaking two-year-old. The best decision we made as her parents was moving her, to a new school. Her new teacher has been patient, kind and communicating with us. Our child has excelled within learning and potty training. Which made me see the real problem wasn't our child. As parents we know what we have instilled in our child.

My son Julian attended this school and absolutely loved it. The only reason he no longer attends is because we recently moved to Orlando. This school is really great!! The school itself is clean, well monitored with limited access. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel that your child is in safe, competent care. Ms. Megan, the director, is very professional, accomodating and a true team leader. Hats off to her! Ms. Veronica is a ray of sunshine- very informative and always ready to help answer any questions or concerns. My sons teacher Ms. Rosanna is wonderfully patient and a really took the time to understand and get to know my sons needs and developments And Ms. Carmen was fantastic too. Absolutely love the precious updates where you get messages, pictures and updates online. and the fact that this school includes hot meals and offers half day programs. All in all, a great school run by a wonderful team of professionals. We will miss them all very much ❤️
