Absolutely horrible service! Always backed up and unorganized! The way they’ve been handling things for the back to school year of 23” is horrendous! They are servicing people through the gate! There are parents who have submitted the required documents whos children are still not able to attend, because of some folder that headstart has yet to turn in to the schools. This is unacceptable, I can’t even get ahold of anyone whenever I call so a new answering service may benefit you guys as well!! You guys need to do better this year is a big disappointment! ESPECIALLY with the employees walking by not acknowledging the long line of folks awaiting service.
