I was told I was guaranteed for a spot for my son , letting go of my other options of schools. Pat guaranteed me a spot !! Her knowing I was going to let go of the other choices. I was told to call in March 15th never got a call. I called the following week and I was told they had a printer problem and they will call me back in the next week. Never heard anything back !!! So I decided to call again and now I’m being told that my son will not be accepted there. I’m beyond frustrated!!! I didn’t argue with pat because there’s nothing at this point to do. But i do wanna warn other parents. I ignored the other reviews with the same problem. PLEASE BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! Do not trust when they say they have a spot. Horrible.

I truly believe that if every parent knew about this special place, they would not have their child anywhere else. I have never worked with a more generous and caring child care team than hand 'n hand. truly have held our hands during difficult times and been more than friends to us. specifically I would like to show my gratitude to mrs Pat Cronan .There is no one on earth like her. Miss lieyah (spelling) and Miss Samantha and Jess are my children's current teachers and I have been overwhelmingly pleased by the progress that my children are making in their class and I completely trust the care of my twins to these ladies. They work tirelessly and always with a sweet smile on their face. they have given me plenty of wise advice for the care of my children. I have done my absolute best to ensure our continuing service with them. The environment is mentally nurturing, peaceful and family oriented. enrichment center is a true description of hand n hand. Being in the child care field myself, I must Express My deepest regards for hand and n hand. There is no place on earth like this place..but don't take my word for it take my word for it, please drop in and check them out! Miss Jamie, you are like a hero to me. Ms. Lucie, you work day and night to care for the people you love. God bless you all.

Hand n hand has one of the most loving environments I’ve ever experienced. Their enrichment activities go above and beyond and have accelerated my childrens learning journeys exponentially. Ms Claudia and Ms Coralee make me feel like my child is loved, seen, heard and has healthy guidance every day there. The infant teachers, ms Ingrid, ms Marcella and every teacher who comes into the classroom are more than just teachers to my baby, they become family. The director, Pat, is also very involved with the quality of the facility and does a great job! This type of care is rare and we cherish it every day. Hand n hand is an incredible team of caregivers and it is an exceptional environment for your kids. 1000x choose hand n hand!

Amazing Center. Clean, well run and organized facility. Mrs Pat has decades of experience and the center is not institutionalized and has personalized traditional atmosphere. Very homey and would recommend to anyone.

I have been bringing my children to Hand n Hand since my oldest was 8 months old. He is now 6, and still loves coming back on days off from school or summer vacation. My youngest three still attend and I cannot say enough great things! The staff is so friendly and loving to the kids. Ms. Pat is amazing and has so many activities and programs for the kids from infants all the way up to VPK and school-aged in the summer. My girls love music time with Yaya. They all learn so much each day. My 1-year-old toddlers know their primary colors and can sing ABCs. I am in such awe of what they learn through the curriculum provided. There is no better place I would rather bring my children.

I called and spoke with Owner, Ms. Pat. She explained to me how much she loves 4C. She walked me through the process of how to get 4C and seemed extremely kind. She agreed to except my daughters as students. We were very excited. We were going to pay her full rate, until 4C was approved. I dropped all my paperwork off, with my payment, and secured a doctor appt for my little ones. On the day we agreed to start she called and told me she didn't have any room for us. She was completely full. I was shocked. What a disappointment. It didn't make any sense. I decided to have my sister call. Ms. Pat lied to me. She told my sister she had an opening for her kids same ages. What's going on at this Preschool? Very unprofessional to lie to us. You disappointed me and my liltte Irish twins. YOU did not honor your WORD to ME. I would not recommend this place for your liltte ones. It appears she is driven by the money NOT the best interest of the children.

I have 2 kids at this daycare one of them in the infant room and the other one is in toddler room. I want to start by expressing how amazing this daycare is. Everyone at it is so welcoming,happy and super nice. They are very professional and serious about what they do. Ms. Pat has an amazing team that made my 4 years old and my 1 year old fall in love with them. I want to say thank you so much for taking care of them, we appreciate it.
