I'm glad we have a family center in our neighborhood. However, it needs heavy updating, specifically showers and changing rooms.
3/5 for being a gym. It's more like a daycare/ elderly activity center. I go to use the basketball court, but it is often occupied with without any notice/schedule. It is also very dirty due to summer camps eating on the court, the roof has been leaking onto the court for a long time, yet they bought new weights recently...

Lowest level of organization. No one knows the schedule, it is impossible to find out when paid classes begin. Employees promise to send information by email, but do not do so. If you manage to get through, they transfer the call, and after that no one answers(. I really don’t recommend this place for children’s sports!
April 28th at noon, a lot of us got kicked out by a short dark skin lady with no reason for us to leave, not letting me get my bag or anything. Once everybody was outside, another employee came out to say there was an "evacuation" and closed the door. They were gone after that... two hours later, I'm still waiting for my bag so I can finally cancel and leave this gym... lack of professionalism.
It is complete nonsense to request 15 day notice and in person cancellation for a gym in 2024. If YMCA can't make money any other way then maybe this is not the gym for me after all.
Me estafaron… solo fui a ver si podía inscribir a mis hijos, ustedes me tomaron los datos personales y de mi tarjeta de crédito… nunca inscribieron a mi hijo y me cobraron 3 mensualidades… solicité mi reembolso y solo me devolvieron 1 mes… que mal servicio!! Algo increíble… tengan cuidado a la hora de solicitar algún servicio a esta empresa!
Nobody is responsible for this gym. You have to pay and get nothing because you can't find information about your lessons and nobody can help you(((. Try, if you have a lot of free time...
I love this place plus the equipment is brand new and the staff is great. If you're looking for a gym to work out this is it.
