I was bullied at this school in ninth grade. I would get pictures that were drawn of me getting run over by a car passed around the class. A Teacher confiscated it talked to the boys no further action was taken. I was shoved into my locker by a male student Who called me a certain nickname by the group of male students who bullied me gave me and then theboy proceeded to tell me how to hurt myself. The administration had a meeting between me and one of the bullies questioning my accusations giving my first statements as one of the bullies was in the room. In conclusion they told him to “ be nice to me”, as if what I said didn’t matter none of them heard me. I missed a few weeks of school as I suffered , I had panic attacks so I couldn’t do my work at school for some time. This made my grades landslide. I quit the sport i Loved playing because the torment finally took a toll on my body physically. I was so scared to even speak or even be seen. The bullies were all MALE who majority were in my grade. No action was taken the bullies were not suspended. What I felt and went through was disregarded to the administration. No one stood up for me. we moved and I was enrolled to a different school. For the most part I’m embarrassed on being bullied so I never shared my story. This traumatically affected my life. ,As a mother I never want my daughter to go through this or any child. School should be a safe place to learn. All schools should be taught how to properly handle this, physical violence, and emotional abuse should not be an Activity.
