Mrs Candace and her staff are all wonderful I never had to worry about my children while working this is a great childcare I highly recommend First Steps the staff cares for all children I love the love they give to each child

My honest opinion. I have worked at many daycares and schools. No curriculum or preschool compares to FSP. They truly care about your baby, helped potty train my daughter, taught her valuable reading and math skills, all while making it look easy. I truly know the work they do is not easy, but the staff truly cares about every child there. I would give them 8 stars, if I could.

We were terrified at the thought of our grandson having to go to daycare, because he was only 2 months old. Enrolling him in First Steps Prep Childcare was one of the best decisions we could've made. They take great care of the kids there, and he is progressing so well. He loves his caregivers, especially loves Ms. Bronzie. If you're looking for a great nurturing environment for your kids, this is the place to consider.

This is by far the most loving, caring, clean , professional, friendly daycare I've ever had my kids at. We have been here for over two years , I have not one complaint about this place. If your looking for a place that will treat your kids like there own, this is it. Mrs. Candace and her staff put there heart into this place education and taking care of the children that come in .

My Daughter started going to this school at 8 weeks old - we just celebrated her 2nd birthday. In that time we have loved our experience at First Steps Prep. I can not say enough great things about this school, director, and entire staff. They are professional but oh so comfortable and welcoming. I have felt a family atmosphere from day one and my daughter knows and adores all of the teachers. Their communication has always been incredible and throughout this pandemic they have been extra on top of keeping the families and their staff safe and completely informed. SO glad I found them!

My children have been going there for over a year, everyone is amazing. ms.candace, Ms.Tasha, Ms.jewel, Ms.Donna, and.Jackie ! they are all amazing staff and want what’s best For the children!!

I love this childcare center!!!! They go above and beyond to provide clean, professional and exceptional care. I love the constant communication and open door policy that they have. The director is very hands-on and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. They have well planned activities and are always thinking of new ways to make each child feel special.

Worst daycare ever hands down, wouldn’t send my dog there. I’ll be back with detailed review.. and if y’all hide it from google I’ll leave a review everyday for the public to see the poor quality

My husband and I have been so honored to know and be apart of the First Steps family going on 1 1/2 years. If it was not for the staff and director Ms. Candace we would have been so overwhelmed with childcare. I have three kiddos that attended this school and one of which was School age and attended the afterschool/summer program. They all loved going daily. This center helped my family grow in more ways than one. It was very AFFORDABLE. They have seasonal and holiday fun activities and alot of educational curriculum built-in. My husband was the one to actually find this center and I'm so glad he did. It saddens us to move out of town and leave behind such wonderful people. Everyone has been so great with communicating and sharing stories about our kids each and everyday ☺️

They have some good ideas and have potential to be a great center but cleanliness and the treatment of the children are sorely lacking at this time in my opinion.
