Awesome. Teachers are all really nice & my son missed them + his classmates after we moved. Kids get plenty of outside time & the place is generally very well-run. Highly recommend
After calling around to multiple daycares, I luckily stumbled across First Steps Education and I’m so thankful they had a spot open for my son. The teachers are fantastic and the staff communicates very well when there are any questions or concerns about his well-being.
They never answer the phone. When they did (after days of trying), they basically told me they are not interested in my child and we’re unwilling to even let me sign up for the waitlist. The woman on the phone actually laughed that I even tried…
This place is the best preschool center that I have sent my kids to!! I have juggled them around because I am VERY picky. Every single teacher is BEYOND amazing. Rachel the director is so sweet and understanding of any situation. Parents are notified ASAP if something comes into question with the child. The rooms are all very clean, you have to have a code to even enter so I am grateful for that knowing my child is safe. My kids are learning English and Spanish from a very young age.
I would never recommend this daycare to anybody. If it’s anything like it was four years ago don’t put your child in. The daycare Director and that assistant Director had no care for my child. He would come home with a bust lip, busted eye, they were using baby wipes to wipe down things yet they wanted us to bring in more items for our children. This is not a professional workplace. Honestly I don’t know why DCF hasn’t shut them down already.
if i could give this place 0 stars i would. This place is POORLY ran. if you want your kids to get constantly get sick & you dont mind the forever non ending calls to come get your child in the middle of work, by all means do it. this place is literally disgusting.
