However, we had an incident where I witnessed really rough/aggressive behavior from one of the room attendants towards my dog and others. I texted my husband about what I saw and when he looked at the cameras he saw additional concerning behavior. When my dog was picked up, we informed them this would be his last day and why, giving the time of the incident so that they could review the cameras. We were told someone would look into what happened and follow up, but never received a call. I was really disheartened that this behavior was allowed and that no one cared enough to follow up with us. Absolutely never coming back here. They crated my dog numerous times one time just because she splashes a little water on the floor when she drinks it, she also was extremely dehydrated when she got home. She literally drank the whole bowl of water the second she got in the house. Also the A.C. Has been out for months everytime I’ve gone in there it has been muggy and humid. Awful customer service, honestly I feel bad for these coaches being forced to work in that awful environment. It’s no wonder they all keep leaving after short periods of time. Perfect place if you want to torture your dog.
Gizmo has loved his new experience he is 5 months old and having so much play time and the staff is amazing
Seems like a nice place with caring staff. My hound came home totally spent, so I know he had a great day.
I love the way the staff interacts with our little girl and that I am able to watch her play. She enjoys running free and playing with other dogs. We like her expending some of that pent up energy!

I should have read the reviews before enrolling my dog. The Longwood location is terrible. My dog went there for 4 months and would frequently come home with little scratches and small injuries. One time he came home with gashes on his front leg and face (I’ve included pictures). The manager Hannah was very dismissive and said she reviewed the cameras but didn’t see when the injury occurred. I don’t believe she actually checked. They have also been overcharging me for a whole month straight. I called 3 different times and each time they said the issue was fixed when it wasn’t. That’s when I decided to stop bringing my dog here. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your dogs to the Longwood location. It’s only a matter of time before a dog gets seriously injured or worse!
Dogtopia is AWFUL. My dog has come home several times with puncture wounds and scabs from being attacked and has been aggressively humped since DAY ONE and I’ve only been a customer for a YEAR!! Whenever I bring the issues I’ve had up to management or the staff, they say that they “will work on getting the issue resolved” but THEY NEVER DO!! I have also watched my dog be drug around the floor by the collar by another dog while the “coach” had her back tuned cleaning!! (this instance is when I officially pulled him out and started looking elsewhere for daycare because I had ENOUGH). My mom’s dog has also come home with injures as well and still, nothing was done about the concerns we have had. They also do not care about sizes of the dogs, I have seen GIANT 50+ pound dogs in the toy box room. They DO NOT CARE about the dogs SAFETY OR WELLBEING!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DOGS CARE PLEASE!! Below i added a photo of one of the injured my dog has come home with from dogtopia, on the top of his head. My dog is a 13 lbs shih-tzu.
They were so kind, patient, and attentive to my shy puppy, and they kept me updated everyday he was boarded. He really came out of his shell here. Thank you for everything!
