My granddaughter recently started in the infant classroom and we have seen so much growth and development in her character and daily abilities. She enjoys going to daycare and she has an amazing teacher and assistant who are both so caring and attentive to her every need. The daily communication through the app is a plus and gives us such a sense of peace and happiness to see what she is doing and learning everyday in class. Just what we needed. Thanks for all that you do!

3.5/5 (Google doesn't allow partial ratings) I started with Creative Times Daycare with high hopes, and the experience was overall positive for the most part. The daycare offers adequate amenities, and I had peace of mind leaving my toddler in their care. The staff was friendly, and my child seemed to enjoy their time there. However, my experience took a sour turn towards the end, which will make me reconsider returning. While I understand that occasional issues like a malfunctioning fridge or AC can arise, the daycare's last-minute closures put working parents in a difficult position. These unexpected disruptions left us scrambling to make alternate arrangements, which was especially challenging in today’s economy. Yet, despite these inconveniences, the daycare still expects a strict two-week notice for terminating the enrollment, even though my child had to leave urgently due to a family emergency. My toddler had to travel back home unexpectedly due to a medical emergency and was expected to return in 2-3 months. I had hoped that when the time came, my child could rejoin without hassle. Timeline: 17th Jan 2025: Last day at daycare before my toddler became sick. 26th Jan 2025 (Sunday): Requested a pause on the enrollment via email. 27th Jan 2025 (Monday): Called the daycare, but was told the director was out with the flu. 29th Jan 2025 (Wednesday): Requested two weeks' notice; they agreed on my toddler's last day being February 7th (confirmed both via email and phone). Charged Full for the Week of Jan 27th - Jan 31st: Correct. Charged Full for the Week of Feb 3rd - Feb 7th: Correct. Charged Full for the Week of Feb 10th - Feb 14th: This shouldn’t have been charged. The charges were where things really went wrong. I was correctly charged for the weeks from January 27th to January 31st and February 3rd to February 7th, but I was unexpectedly charged for the week of February 10th to February 14th, This seems unfair, and I have already reached out to my bank to investigate further. This whole incident, especially the charges, has been frustrating enough to make me look for another daycare for my child. I believe we could have had a long and fruitful relationship with Creative Times, but the rigid policies and lack of flexibility make it clear that they prioritize rules over understanding the needs of families in tough situations. It’s a shame because what could have been a long-term relationship was cut short due to short-sighted decisions.
Although I resigned from CTA, I overall think some of the teachers are great educators. The VPK teachers are phenomenal. ü§©! Ms. Shila, & Ms. Karima and Ms. Ana are passionate about what they do üíê! Keep up the great work ladies üôèüèæ!
I would like to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Creative Times Academy of Wesley Chapel. My niece attends this school, and I‚Äôve always heard great things about it, but I recently had the chance to experience their exceptional service firsthand. I called and spoke to an employee named Myhunn, and I was incredibly impressed. She was very informative, patient, and genuinely kind. Myhunn took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel confident and at ease about the daycare and the care they provide. It‚Äôs so comforting to know there are still good-hearted people like Myhunn working in roles where they can make such a positive impact on families. Im expecting my first child and I will be sending my child here. Keep up the fantastic work! Would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone seeking a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment for their child. üåüüåüüåüüåüüåü
As a mother I want to say I'm so grateful for my daughter being placed with Ms. Jazmin while in Vpk. She not only taught her wonderfully, she made my child feel seen, heard & empowered day after day, so much so that she still mentions "her" Ms. Jazmin til this day. Thank you Ms. Jazmin you've done a wonderful job with my girl & I hope you're being recognized for your great work.
My daughter enjoys coming here and she loves her teachers. I like that I am able to see everything that she does.
I toured the school to see if this is a place for one of my children and I would like to say, this is the place for them. The staff there are so kind and I felt welcomed as soon as I got there. Thank you so much guys.
My cousin goes to the Academy and I really appreciate how the staff treated us when we first got there. Thank you for the nice hospitality.
My daughter was able to attend while visiting my aunt while I recovered from giving birth. Ms. June and Ms. Jazmin took very good care of her. She was able to fit right in and she enjoyed her time there.
I recently joined the CTA family this past summer of 2024 in welcoming arms. Not only am I a three year old preschool teacher here, but my daughter attends the vpk program as well she loves it here. My daughter confidence improved and her eagerness to learn in and out of school makes me proud and excited for her. The staff is very supportive and I just enjoy to teach and watch children grown in a safe environment with great support and positivity.
The location is pure corruption,, the staff is never there in the morning. They are too busy hiding, or pretending to be on the phone. If you ha e a question forget it they are preoccupied with themselves. They are great at collecting money and charging for half days at he full price. They Are Organized Crime 101. IFurther if you are arriving late. Your child will go without breakfast, on account of the Traffic has grown. The teachers are in the Own world. The location needs to clean house starting with the Administration Staff that are check collectors!!!
