My husband and I can't express how grateful we are to the CGMS family for taking such great care of our daughter this past year. Regretfully, we had to transfer her to another school as our plans to move to Coconut Grove have changed. However, CGMS has been like a 2nd home for our daughter and we have come to love and adore all the teachers that have so lovingly and tenderly taken care of her. The teachers and staff are genuinely caring people that emphasize a respectful and peaceful environment that promotes learning, individual development and collaboration. We will miss this school very much.

Coconut Grove Montessori has been the home away from home for my toddlers. The decision for any parent to find the right school and, most importantly, teachers is not taken lightly especially for their toddler as it is their first experience away from home. Ms. Carmen, whom has been the teacher for 3 out of my 4 children is an Angel on Earth. I can absolutely say she is a household name and is viewed as Family in our Home. The transition to move into the Children's House with Ms. Michelle is a beautiful one as they have been taught independence and confidence in the Children's House. Ms. Michelle is gifted with the talent to teach in a loving and cohesive way which affirms their learning from Toddler House and assures that learning is Fun! Its beautiful to watch her teach 3 and 4 year old's as if they were teenagers because she gives them the freedom to engage in what is interesting to them while guiding them on what's best. The administration knows every child, sibling, grandparent and parent by name. A call is placed if absent or tardy to make sure all is well. I cannot say more about the school in general as we truly have LOVED it.

We've been at the school for 4 years and are thoroughly delighted with the experience. Not only are there strong academics and a family atmosphere, but I have always felt secure in leaving my daughter in the competent hands of the teachers and staff. The Montessori Program is the best I've seen in our area.

The classrooms are perfectly designed and adapted to the kids development, and the teachers are very involved and so nice. Our 2 yo loves going to school. He learns constantly and developed his language and social skills considerably.

My family absolutely loves Coconut grove Montessori!! We have been a part of the Montessori family since 2013. Our three kids have gone through toddler house and kinder garden at this school, and they have absolutely loved their experience. To any family considering a school for their little one please look no further, I guarantee you wont regret it.

I currently have all three of my children at CGMS and I can attest to Lower Elementary, Children's House and Toddler House. The one on one attention my children receive at this school is priceless. The teachers are amazing and genuinely care about my children. It is the most loving environment and my children are learning at such an accelerated pace due to the educational style. All three of my children are very different yet they are all thriving which attests to the schools ability to cater to each individual student and help them succeed. I sincerely can't say enough good things about the school, educators, students and administrative staff. We absolutely love CGMS and feel fortunate to be part of the CGMS community.

My daughter has been enrolled in CGMS for over one year now and I cannot say enough about the Montessori program at CGMS. The environment is exactly what I was seeking for my 3 year old daughter. The teachers are very engaging and my daughter loves going to school. The owners are two women who are present at the school every day, that alone says enough about the school!.

My girls are very happy here. Their teachers show them so much love and are so good with them. They cannot wait to go to school every morning. I am amazed at how early my younger daughter has learned to read. The teachers are wonderful at meeting the children where they are at and giving the just the right amount of developmentally appropriate challenges.

As two educators, my wife and I had a strong sense of what we wanted for PreK and Early Ed for our children. Coconut Grove Montessori School gave us absolutely everything we wanted and more. The small class size, focus on knowing the whole child and tremendous sense of community were a source of joy for us and for our children. The faculty at CGMS prepared our children to meet the world with wide eyes and a full heart. We will always be thankful for the energies of the staff and faculty at CGMS.
