This place is Awesome and Carol is Amazing! she is unbelievable with the kids ..she has a gift! She makes learning so much fun for them and it really shows. My daughter just turned 4 and is READINGS..not memorizing pages , Actually Reading! She knows all her colors , shapes and can spell them too. My daughter absolutely loves coming to carols everyday. They play ground is great for kids of all ages. Their schedule availability and flexible hours are great for health care workers. Very family like atmosphere! Highly recommend. She will no doubt be ready for kindergarten. Update: My daughter attended Mrs.Carols and was indeed ready for kindergarten ( her kindergarten graduation is next week) My daughter was so advanced in her reading and math skills that she won 2 awards . She was concidered an accelerated reader because she was already reading chapter books at a second /third grade level. We called her a month ago to let her know to save a spot as our family is expanding again and it wasn't even a question of where my new child would attend daycare when I return to work..fingers crossed she has an opening🤞😃

Our little guy has been attending a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about Carol, Charity and Austin. They are genuine people who actually care about the children’s well being and education. Little background; Caiden has been is now 5 and prior to attending here, he was kicked out of 4 child care facilities for behavior since he was 3 years old. He would not use his inside voice, sit still when asked, and picked up a bad habit of biting other children, and even his teachers at one point. We were hopeless. We really thought no matter what we did to try to stop this behavior- we weren’t going to be able to find a set child care program for very long without having to find another in the area that he hasn’t already been banned from. Carol’s been at it for over 30 years and it definitely shows! Not only has Caiden learned how to read, write, spell, do simple math, but his behavior is completely turned around. The amount of patience and energy that they put into these children really shows and I am so grateful we discovered their program when we did. They do so much with the children too! For example they had our local fire station come out with a truck and a couple firefighters to give a presentation and shoot the water out of the hose - They had a REAL butterfly garden showing the stages of life from caterpillar to butterfly- They have had plenty of farm animals as guests for education and of course the cute factor. That’s only a few. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home to your child-THIS IS IT. Now our little man is completely ready for kindergarten and is able to keep a few friends from this experience. We thank you for that and are forever grateful.

My son has been coming here since he was 6 weeks old. We have nothing but great things to say about Carol, Charity, and Austin! My son just turned 3 years old last month and he is well above his age readiness. She allows all the kids to participate in the activities if they show interest even at the younger ages. I’m VERY picky about my children and where they go and how they are cared for! My son is VERY happy and comfortable here!

I AM A PARENT OF A STUDENT HERE AND I KNOW FIRSTHAND THAT THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO HIGH CHAIRS IN MRS. CAROLS SMART START! She does not use high chairs and I have been sending my son here for 2 years! Mrs Carol is the absolute best caretaker I could ask for and I will send every child I bare to Carol's Smart Start!! Mrs. Carol never leaves the property!! She is there all day every day. When the children are there, Mrs. Carol is there. Also Charity and Austin are not blind. That is just a prejudice statement to make because of their "appearance". The person who left that review CLEARLY has never spent any real time seeing, hearing, talking to, or being around Carol or her facility. Anyone who has will 100% without hesitation tell you that Mrs Carol's is WEELLLLLL WORTH every penny (which honestly isn't even that much with everything included) . I have been in this daycare alot of times and have seen how awesome of a daycare this is. Carol is fabulous with my friends child and with the other children who attend there.my friend child at first was attached but after 2 days he was good and excited to go every day and even wanted to spend the night on the weekend because he had so much fun.

This daycare is the best around!!!! My son has been there not even a year and he is already writing his name.when my son first started he didn't talk much Carol has helped me tremendously with all his needs to get him ready for kindergarten.my son comes home and sings songs that he learned and things he has learned.if I could rate this daycare a 10 plus in stars I would. Keep the good work up carols smart care you rock!!!

My son has been going to Mrs. Carol's for almost a year now. He loves it. We love it. He was 2 when he started and had never ever been away from mommy and daddy like that before. He did cry a bit in the beginning, he didn't want us to go but as parents y'all know as well as we do, that we had to. Every day Mrs. Carol would send us a picture within 10 mins of us leaving the property of our baby boy laughing and smiling and playing and enjoying himself. Every day, he cried at drop off, and every day we got a picture of him smiling within minutes. Mrs. Carol was always so understanding about him crying. She actually helped us to know what to do better to get him to stop doing it every day. And he did. He loves running in there and seeing his friends every day, sure there are mornings where he whines a little bit, but I whine when I walk into work to man, I get it. 😂 Mrs. Carol is part of the family now. I absolutely love the whole set up she has for the children. It's magnificent. The kids listen to her, they have a schedule they follow and the children help Mrs. Carol throughout the day to clean up and stick to this schedule and I truly believe they do this so willingly because they love her. She has earned over 10 little kids respect at once and that is a hard thing to do, I'll tell you what. 🤣🤣 She is funny and sweet, but perfectly stern. She sings songs and reads books "with the funny voices" (as my now 3 yr old son would say). She cares about each child. She loves what she does and that is so very important. I have only known her for about a year, but in that time, I have come to know Carol as a VERY respectful, clean, fun, and amazing teacher. She does so many things with the kids. Art projects, pictures with and without her animals, Santa/firetrucks visiting, etc. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are having a good time every day. She keeps them busy, she keeps them learning, she keeps them healthy and happy. Every day when we pick our baby boy up he is SO HAPPY! He is always full of fun stories about his friends and his teacher and all the cool things they did that day. My once shy crying little baby boy is now a big happy smiling boy, and every day just keeps getting better and better. ADDED INFO: My son is... how do I say.... A little hyper. Rough and rowdy. 🙃 He likes to channel Godzilla through his body and "ROOOAAARSSSS". Alot. He isn't the easiest, slowest, quietest, and sometimes not the nicest child in the world. And that's what really makes this post informative. Because she not only handles MY rough and rowdy child. But others too. And every kid is always happy and clean and smiling every day. I've never had an issue with Carol's Smart Start and Mrs. Carol has never had an issue with our rough and rowdy, crying, snotty nosed, falling over himself at 9 am son. She takes him with open arms and returns him happy and gleeful. And that is everything. ❤️

I love carol's daycare. she goes above and beyond for her kids. she stays late if needed and tries to accommodate your schedule. She also have a food program there and the prices are reasonable. Carol thank you for your outstanding service!!
