My granddaughter went here for over 2 years. Never had any issues until they lost all their teachers and the owner took over the Pre-K class. I was receiving calls for almost 2 weeks straight about how bad she was being. The last day she was there I got from the owner Rick that I had to come pick her up because she kicked both owners. This was something she’s never done. So I ask to see the video leading up to her kicking them. I heard every excuse why they couldn’t show me it. Christine told me that her husband had the video up for me all day and that he had to leave early. I call the next week and talk to Rick and he tells me that he can’t find the video (yet another excuse). Weird because his wife told me he had it up the week before. Then he tells me that it doesn’t matter because I took my granddaughter out and she wasn’t going there anymore. Seems really suspicious that they had all kinds of excuses why I couldn’t see the video. I know something happened and that is why they are trying to cover it up. I’ve spoken to the police, DCF and the early learning coalition. Nobody can help me but if I can prevent this from happening to another child I’ll be happy. They are so fake and they’re bullies. That school should be shut down!

My son attended there for 8 months without any complaint or issue and the preschool teacher left probably for how poorly she was treated by upper management and underpaid for all the hard work she put in at that daycare! Yesterday was the first complaint I have EVER RECEIVED of my 2!!!! Year old and they asked him not to return they are unprofessional and don’t watch the kids caught them on the phone multiple times!!!! And my son keeps coming home with giant bruises bite marks!!!! Keep your kids safe don’t choose this daycare!!!!!!

My kids love this school. It's so non traditional and more like a family atmosphere. Staff are easy to interact with and nice. Kids off ALL AGES get to be involved in parties and have fun. Multicultural and acceptive of special needs kids. Very happy with my decision to place my kids here

My children have been students at this school for several years now. They love it. It has really helped them grow and be the best they can be in their own way. The love and feeling of family we get from this school is more than anything. We are thankful for you Building Futures Academy.

My son started daycare here shortly after he turned two. He’s been there just under two years and is in the pre-K class currently. I have had an absolute excellent experience with Building Future Academy the whole time. I would highly recommend.
