How the heck is this place still open? The building is old and dilapidated. What transportation were they advertising? Thank goodness I went to look and did my research on this place because I definitely wouldn't send my worst enemies kid there. Parents please research daycare and people your leaving your kids with throughly. Happy kids are wellbehaved kids so find the good care they deserve!

Don’t work or take your children here, Sarah Brown is unprofessional, she uses people keeps them less then a month then never pays for work put in.

My 3 little ones attended Brown Bear for a few months. The center director is very unprofessional and ghetto but one of the teacher ms dreka is amazing! This building is very old. Not sure if that affected why my kids were constantly getting sick. And they will refuse your child if they have so much as a cough. I also feel it was more like a babysitter versus a learning center. Would not recommend

This center closed their bank account and left employees unable to get their paychecks cashed and now are out their money. Bad business practices.

This has been the best place I’ve ever brought my kids. The staff is very professional, the quality of care is immaculate, the environment is safe and clean. When you walk in you know that the center is clean. My daughter comes home every Friday with a folder of the work that they’ve done through the week and homework with a progress report. The owner is very helpful and is always ready and willing to jump right in and help where it’s needed. The director Ms. T is also great she greets us with a friendly smile and it’s so easy for me to drop off and leave. I think that brown bear is the best thing next to sliced bread. Amazing job ladies keep up the good work. Don’t allow a negative remark to detour you from the greatness that’s within all you ladies. We love brown best

I don’t recommend this daycare. They are very unprofessional and nonchalant when comes to communication with parents. My child wasn’t even there for 2 weeks before I pulled them out. They don’t respond to messages or phone calls. They don’t have realible transportation or they don’t watch the kids even if pay for extend care. AND NO the daycare Inst 24 hours so they’re lying about their information. My experience was horrible not only did they not give all information they also scammed me and. I will be reporting this . -and the owner is going through a dcf case that she open like to laugh and joke about in front of parents but doesn’t inform us about it .
