They have both attended Kindercare since they were 1 & 2 years of age. Before enrolling my oldest daughter, I had her at a center locally (my options were limited) and unenrolled her a week later. We weren't able to attend Kindercare because there weren't any open spots. But shortly, they had a room for her and I was so excited! At one point, We temporarily had to leave the city due to unforeseen circumstances. We were at a different center in a different city and my girls were again unenrolled for not only the quality of that center, but we were moving back! So, without hesitation, I called to have them enrolled back into Kindercare. I only mention this because I can't stress enough, how delighted, and satisfied I am with this Childcare Center. My girls being in different centers, made me appreciate Barna Kindercare so much more than I already had. We were enrolled when Cheryl was the director and while she was wonderful, I am most certainly happy with the way Michelle is operating the center. My daughters love this place and their teachers. I noticed a change of behavior at home when they were at the other centers. Once we were back, it was like it never happened and my kiddos were back to normal. So, not only do I know and feel that my children are safe at Barna Kindercare, I know they are happy. I am a single mom and regretfully work long hours and have relied on Kindercare more than I like, to teach my children things I wish I was able to do. My oldest has been there for a few years now and she is so intelligent. I receive compliments about her all the time and I have the teachers to thank for this. I value them so much I feel forever indebted to what they have done for my sweet girls. Ms. Triana is absolutely amazing and has been with both of my girls and I can't thank her enough for the care she has provided. She is always happy and smiling and this means a lot, knowing caring for children is not an easy task. Her patience is admirable and she is so communicative and helpful. Ms. Amber is also one of my favorite ladies to see! She is always so upbeat and kind. Ms. Peggy is always so kind and patient with the kids and my oldest loves to see her, and I can tell she feels safe with her. Ms. Michelle has worked with me on some things and is always very responsive when I reach out. The summer activities and year-round curriculum is great! They have so many fun things for the kids to do here and book fairs, professional photos are taken for picture day! I am always so excited to receive a new calendar to see what fun stuff they will be doing and learning. This center is safe, with codes so no one is in and out. It is structured and fun! I will never go anywhere else. No other center compares. Of note, things that have really helped my family are the meals, we do not have to pack and know they are getting well balanced, nutritious meals and snacks every day. Secondly, I enjoy the monthly newsletter that addresses curriculum and theme for the month, it's cool to see our littles bring their new knowledge home and ensures that structure and education are a critical component of their day. They are truly LEARNING while there. One of the things I enjoy most are the events and fun spirit weeks that are planned and gives me a chance to be involved and present at school on occasion. Cleanliness of facilities is great. We look forward to several more years of attending KinderCare and give our highest degree of recommendation to them if you are seeking childcare for your little!
