I remember being a nervous first time mom and touring daycares for my 6-month old daughter. The thought of sending my baby to a childcare center was stressful but when I saw how clean and safe the school was, I was put at ease. They have so many cool enrichment programs and curriculums, my kids were always coming home with special activities and educational toys. And the staff is kind, caring and fun. They really became like a second family over the years. Bonus points: TLE has hours that accommodate working families and they don’t close for every holiday like some daycares. Highly recommended this school for anyone who is looking! My little one started here when he was 18 months old and he will be 2 yrs by end of this year. The facility is secure and cleanly, which is a minimum. The curriculum and skill building are also great. But the stand apart is the teachers and staff. Starting in the newborn room with Mrs Gracie and Mrs Gema, who care for each baby as if they were their own grandbaby. As a first time mom, these women showed immense love and care which eased my nerves when I dropped my 3 month old in the morning to head off to work. This environment has continued through the years. Now wrapping up our second round of VPK with Mrs Shaun and Mrs Julie, my kids are/were more than prepared for Kindergarten both educationally and socially. My son loved it so much and still ask about his teacher Ms.Julie (who is amazing, kind and patient..as well still a VPK teacher) as well as ask about the director Ms.Erin (who is still the director who is VERY patient, kind, happy, always smiling for the kiddos, teachers and parents). I LOVE that all teachers engage with the children as much as possible while learning. The 2 year old teachers are POTTY TRAINING FAIRIES...Your 2 year old will be potty trained before their 3rd birthday for sure!!!! It's always hard to leave your baby in someone else's care, but all of the teachers at TLE Oldsmar always made us feel comfortable. They cared for our daughter like she was their own and always kept us up to date and shared lots of pictures throughout the day. It was a hard decision to switch daycare when we moved since our daughter had such a great bond with all of the teachers and we felt so comfortable leaving her in their care. They always do such a great job!
Great place to take your babies to big kids all the staff is helpful and caring the school itself is awesome place to learn and explore! I’m glad I was able to be apart such an amazing school for my son Thank you

As a parent who has never put my child in daycare before I was really excited for him to start school here , I unfortunately had the worst and first experience of my child daycare , not even a week he was in care for and as on February 13 I was charged 1 grand of my child’s tuition when he is enrolled in the ELC program and were fully aware but claim they weren’t aware of it , when I had fully done all paperwork and spoke to the director of the school about him being in the program, as well contacted ELC about this issue and them also stating they had talk to them to let them know they are the daycare provider for my child , i was quite dissatisfied because not only did they take the wrong amount of money from my bank account without my consent I feel like I’ve been frauded from them because how are you gonna take money from my account and not able to refund the amount that was overcharged from me, now I have to take serious matters on this case that unfortunately happened and could have been prevented , I would definitely not recommend , very disappointed and will no longer be doing services with them.

Our son started at TLE at Oldsmar about a month ago and we can’t be more happy with our decision.. The Learning Experience at Oldsmar was my favorite and number 1 place since I started looking for a Daycare We cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care that they have provided our son and my small family since we started get in touch for his initiation thank you Ms. Kristin and Ms.Erin! Our son has learned so much and he tells us how fun the day was as soon he gets home with Miss Martha, Miss Yaneris and his friends!. The staff truly make u feel like family.
We are so grateful to have found TLE Oldsmar for our daughter! From the moment we enrolled, Ms. Kristin, Ms. Erin and the entire staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. Our daughter loves going every day, and we can tell she feels safe and happy there. The activities are always engaging and educational, and we love the updates we get throughout the day. It's clear that the entire staff genuinely cares about the well-being and development of each child. We couldn’t be more confident in leaving our daughter in their care. Highly recommend!
Incredible program and great teachers!!!
My daughter went here for her toddler years and she loved every second of it. The teachers and admin were always so kind and helpful. Wouldn’t doubt putting my kids here one bit if i had another.
