We recently became first time parents and our 5 month old is thriving thanks to her amazing teachers! Tiffany and April in the infant classroom are spectacular! Both of them have eased our minds with this being our first time with daycare for our daughter! Our daughter absolutely loves seeing her teachers everyday and is never upset when we drop her off in the morning! The communication is amazing when it comes to more supplies or changing something in our daughter’s schedule! We can’t thank Tiffany and April enough for loving our girl as if she were their own!

My son absolutely adores Tiffany, Selena, Kaylee, and Cat. Everyone is always on top of their game. My son felt so welcomed after switching from a previous daycare to TLE. I’ve been taking my child there for almost 2 years and things has definitely changed from the beginning till now. This is a clean and safe place. The staff is amazing and on top of everything. They keep you updated throughout the day with information about my child from what he ate to pictures of what he is doing. Natalie is a gifted teacher, leader, and role model for our kids and faculty alike. Her maturity and ability to remain calm in all situations is a reflection of over 20 years of her military service. Natalie is extremely professional, she inspires wonderful energy, and her love for teaching is felt as soon as you step in her classroom. Our son loves to come to TLE Oakleaf because of Natalie Jimenez. Additionally, over the past several months, the new Director Shanci Foster, and Assistance Director Kaylee Longmuir, have significantly improved the look and feel of the center, and all of the administration processes. Kaylee enthusiastically greets everyone that enters the lobby, she knows the name of every parent and child that attends TLE Oakleaf. Kaylee is super friendly, organized, and efficient. Kaylee handles all of our paperwork, enrollment documents, and most notably, she ensured a smooth and safe transition through the ups and downs of COVID protocols. Kaylee is also very good at multi-tasking, staying attentive to everyone that enters the lobby, and deescalating complex situations. Stephanie Smith is another extremely talented preschool teacher at TLE Oakleaf. Stephanie is one of the few original employees we met when we initially enrolled our son at TLE Oakleaf. Stephanie demonstrates a true passion for teaching and she is always smiling. Ultimately, Director Shanci Foster single handedly led TLE Oakleaf through significant staffing and management changes. My child has advanced so much within this past year in VPK. As an educator and child mentor, I definitely could have asked for a better place. From the curriculum used to the staff, my child has been supported emotionally and educationally in a way that exceeds my expectations. The inside is very glossy and uniform. The staff are all kind and educationally focused. Anytime there's an issue, they're very personable, responsive and non judgemental in how they approach and problem solve with me. As a first time mom I had my hesitation’s with child care especially in our day and age. This is our second daycare as my trust and safety for my son was broken at his former daycare. Crying all day everyday for 4 months straight, not being properly supervised and continuously being injured by other children. Since starting at TLE he did/ does still fuss for a bit during drop off and pick up he is a mama’s boy with separation anxiety, however it is not all day long. He has an actual curriculum and schedule that was very important to me. His sign language and speech has improved so very much and he loves it! His teachers are kind and keep me updated on my son daily so I feel comfortable leaving him with his wonderful teachers. The environment is diverse and open. I’ve heard students speaking Spanish and using sign language to communicate. Being a Mom of 4 TLE Oakleaf stands by its name THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE. I love that they have a unique curriculum to encourage my daughter daily with the different characters. She doesn’t seem to amuse me everyday with something new she learned that day. I feel so confident and comfortable with the staff the moment I drop her off to when she leaves for the day ESPECIALLY to her teachers I cannot thank them enough. My daughter speech was not good saying 1-2 words now having a whole conversation. What I also like about TLE I get updates throughout the day from the app. I don’t need to wait until she is picked up. When we toured the facility, as any mom, my nerves were everywhere trying to find the perfect center for my child who is going into VPK. She has never been in anyone else's care besides mine or family. We were welcomed with open arms and smiles from the center management, Ms. Shanci, Ms. Kaylee, and Ms. Selena. As we were touring, Ms. Kaylee was very informative about their VPK program and what all it had to offer. We also loved all the different options they had to choose from and how their curriculum uses fun, hands-on activities. My daughter instantly fell in love with the center and was counting all her friends (the characters). She is very excited to start school In August especially with Bubbles! ----- Author: Erika Fudge Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/17/2022, 12:32:01 PM Review: Let me start by saying there is a reason why there is such a long waitlist to get your child enrolled at TLE-Oakleaf. The staff and curriculum is amazing! The teachers and administration love, care, and teach your child as if they are theirs. The director has an open door policy to where you’re able to walk in and sit down and view the cameras at any point during the day if you feel the need to check in on your child. I personally have never had to do so after the first day of enrollment because I’m receiving picture updates of daily activities through their app. 100% recommend this facility from infancy to VPK!

My child was assaulted and the owner claimed that they have to see if it’s a “pattern” before taking action. I called the police and TLE said they were putting my son’s enrollment on hold …. unless we stopped the investigation. I proceeded to speak with the district manager and they called the facility to alert the mother of the children who assaulted my child (and she worked there as well). Mind you, there were three instructors in the room and they have cameras but NO ONE SAW ANYTHING. There were multiple instances in which my child was singled out and the people working there are facetious if your child alerts you. Saying things like “oh we were just telling you because we didn’t want your son to run and tell you first”. Why would it be an issue if my son is telling me things are happening to him PHYSICALLY with NO REPORTS!!! Anyways, everyone is nice there until they’re not. My son now attends another school that he loves. Edit: They never reached out after the incident but now all of a sudden, I've received back to back calls from them. What is there to talk about now? it's been 2 months since my son has attended.
