I am able to drop both of my kids off knowing that they will be taken care of without incident. It puts my nerves at ease knowing they love and treat each kid as their own. The infant class is amazing because each teacher is very patient. They keep the classroom clean and sanitized. My baby girl attended the Infant’s room for 3 months this year (February 2024 to April 2024) before we moved out of state. The staff, teachers, everybody was so kind! The care was exceptional, and I felt so welcomed that I’m still sad we moved out and took my babe away. My baby created a bond so strong with Miss Nina that when she started the new daycare, she was looking for Miss Nina the entire time, literally. Miss Malyssa as well has all my heart—such really great teachers that I’ll never forget. So many silly and happy faces the pictures showed; my baby was happy and felt safe around the teachers. Guys, thank you so much for everything. I’d recommend TLE Heathrow in a heartbeat to anybody who would ask me. ❤️ ----- Author: Kelly Raw Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/18/2024, 9:12:43 AM Review: We have been with The Learning Experience - Heathrow for over SIX years (wow!) across both of our daughters and have been absolutely thrilled with the professionalism, service, care and love shown to both of our daughters. This place is an extension of our family. In our experience the turn-over has been extremely low - our two year-old daughter has had almost all of the same teachers that our six year-old daughter had when she was going through the same infant, toddler, twaddler and prepper classes. These teachers love these children, their passion for their job is apparent. I don't know how they do it, I wouldn't have the patience! The center director, Sheelah, has created a fantastic environment and workplace for these teachers and an amazing school for these sweet little learners. Her dedication to her job, professionalism and compassion for children and the parents/families is amazing. I have and will continue to recommend TLE Heathrow to anyone I know (or don't know!) looking for a loving environment for their child where they can thrive and learn. Picking a daycare is really hard and it's a tough decision, TLE has been such a great choice for our family and I'm so thankful they were recommended to us almost 7 years ago. Our children haven't just been "watched" during the hours they have spent at TLE, they have been loved, cared for, made long-lasting friendships and learned. I'm constantly amazed at what our two year-old comes home and shares. TLE has allowed both my husband and I to grow and thrive in our professional careers all while knowing our daughters are receiving the absolute best care available. My 6 month old went for 2 months before we pulled him out. He had heat rash two times that we know of because they didn’t take his jacket off before bringing him outside. When I told the teacher he was too warm (thank god I arrived to pick him up when I did), she responded that it’s hard to tell. 🤯 He had a total of 3 incident reports within 4 days of him attending. A portable sound machine fell on his head - they weren’t exactly sure how this happened. Not reassuring. The next time he somehow plunged forward from the teachers lap (was she not holding on?) and he cut his lip and had a bruise on his nose. The last straw is when they told us he crawled in between cribs and bumped his head. It’s very clear the teachers do not keep a watchful eye. I know my child will get hurt at daycare, but the amount of bumps on his head in such a short time was too much for any mother to handle. We have since switched daycares and could not be happier!!! I don’t know if the daycare overall is as bad, but the infant room is the worst. Wish I could go back and never send my baby there! We've got one daughter that has been there for over four years, all the way from the infant room to now VPK - she loves it! We have to basically drag her off the playground at 5p when it's time to go, she doesn't want to leave! I've been amazed at all she's learned at TLE over the years. I'd recommend TLE to anyone looking for reliable childcare that is not just daycare, but an educational environment where your child will thrive! We have another daughter in the infant room now, she's always smiling up a storm when we drop her off. I know the staff loves her and she is well cared for. Can't say enough good things about TLE! <3

He wakes up every day excited for school, and always loves to tell us about his day when we pick him up. The Learning Experience is a school embodies that type of environment. The teachers are passionate and the communication is what you would expect and appreciate from a school. I feel safe dropping off my kids and know they are being cared for while at the school. The administrative team and the other teachers know my kids’ names. I have my 2.5 and 5 year old daughters currently enrolled. My 5 year old recently graduated their VPK program and is wrapping up their INCREDIBLE summer camp before heading off to kindergarten. She started at TLE 2 years ago after a poor experience at another local daycare. From day one I saw the difference. Not only is the curriculum incredible but the environment and teachers make it unbelievably special. My daughter recently tested as gifted and i owe much of that to her time at TLE. My only wish is that they offered a kindergarten program! The summer camp offered is top notch. The teachers make everyday fun and special. From the amazing “water days” to the best field trips in Florida, they have truly made this summer so special. Thank you specifically to Ms Megan and Ms Naomi!! We have trusted the professionalism, care, and attention of every single teacher, staff member and director at TLE with two of our kids. From her time in the infant room to now graduating from VPK, my daughter has recently tested as a gifted learner and I have to give credit to the structured curriculum provided by TLE and it's many programs to support child development from age 0-5. We made a choice 5 years ago to enlist our children in this school and to now see the positive impact it's had for our family is a parent's dream.
