Is this facility still in business? I’ve emailed a few times to get my 2024 contribution statement. I’m unable to reach a representative by phone or email.

Please think twice before putting your child in this daycare. I enrolled my baby here on July 15, and he only attended for three days. That same week, teachers stopped working and were protesting because they hadn’t been paid. A lot of the teachers and even the director quit. For a few days, they barely had any staff no kitchen staff, and only a couple of teachers, so all the kids were grouped together, no matter their age. I decided to pull my baby out because I didn’t feel it was safe. Now, they’re refusing to give me my deposit back. They claim I signed a non-refundable agreement, but the truth is, it was incomplete and wasn’t valid because it needed my husband’s signature, which we never provided. I’ve tried reaching out, but they still won’t refund me. I also want to clarify that the day I was supposed to return the signed financial agreement, (by my husband ) all of this was happening, so I stopped myself from providing it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I can’t recommend this place. If I could give a 0 star I would. UPDATE: here’s the financial agreement signed ONLY by me. This was sent to me yesterday by the director of the facility. NOT SURE why the owners said it was signed by both parties. They are clearly lying

The learning center is amazing! They have made us feel comfortable since day 1 and our daughter enjoys it there. She has had great teachers and has learned so much. The staff is friendly, they have cameras so that you can check in, and they have a great learning plan.

The Learning Center of South Park has been a huge blessing to your family. My daughter started there at 6 months and has recently started Kindergarten. She was prepared far above what she needed for kindergarten and I thank this school for her success. My son still currently attends there and would not have it any other way. The Director Helen runs a fantastic ship.

We are thankful and glad that we discovered The Learning Center Of South Park for our daughter, who loves it. She's always eager about going, and every time we pick her up, she has a terrific tale to tell us. It's a lovely setting, and the teachers are fantastic.

The administrator and teachers are involved, eager, and connect with the parents. Our child's adjustment is going very well!
