The ladies who work in the infant room are kind, gentle, and caring. I appreciate the structured time they offer through group time which includes stories, songs, and use of toys that encourage development of motor skills. The space is clean and organized. There’s plenty of natural light through the windows. They play fun preschool songs and music which our little one loves! The center has an app that provides updates throughout the day of activities, meals, diaper changes, and naps. It also has a livestream function allowing parents to see what’s happening real time. The app also allows for communication with the center’s leadership as well as the classroom teacher. Billing is made easy through an online parent portal. Everyone we have encountered has been super helpful and patient with us as this is our first time using day care. I was hesitant to try this location based on some other reviews but our experience has been great. Before engaging their services, I was that parent who talked to parents in the parking lot! Everyone had good things to say. I’m so glad we chose The Children’s Courtyard! ----- Author: Jennie Jeune Rating: 4/5 Date: 3/31/2022, 11:51:11 AM Review: I had my infant here for a brief period of time as I pulled him out because we finally found a nanny. The place is not perfect but overall had a good experience. They really took care of my son and would follow up to ensure things were to my liking. I do think they should separate the babies that are mobile from those that aren’t. Maybe a 0-6 month area and a 6-12 month area as some of the mobile kids would crawl or walk over to him and be touching my sons face. He couldn’t do much because he can’t crawl. Nonetheless the staff really care for you kid.

Terrible
Honestly, it's a reason for 2.7 reviews I wouldn't even give them 1 star this was my sons first time being in daycare. He has been with tutor time since he was 1 he is now 3 and honestly this was the most unsettling place I ever left my son. My son has came home with bruises on back, bites on arm, nail punctures, marks on legs, knots on foreheads the list just goes on, but the worst part about it is when me as a concerned parent notices there child marked up, and you ask authority what happened to your child and the answer was always "I'm not sure". Yea, they have cameras but when you ask to see the video footage of the day before the manager says "she doesn't have access to them and that after 24hrs the footage goes away", or when your son has a nail puncture on there arm and the manager decides to go tape a piece of card board on the wall to hide what really happened so she wont have to take accountability for a unsafe environment for children. No incident report written until you ask and then they make stuff up just to say they put it on paper. BUT To add insult to injury I have had to do investigation on what constantly happens to my son to where a staff member came to me and explained how the manager IS NOT TRUST WORTHY and in her words she is "messy" come to find out she quit the next day because she doesn't like the lying to the parents. The front staff never is in communication with one another at all, they are very unprofessional and have the worst attitudes EVER (Ellen) to be exact she disenrolled my son for non payment but hadn't communicated with her fellow coworker that he was supposed to go over payment changes/fixes before I paid. Not even 2 hours from when i talked to him SHE SENT ME A TEXT saying she is disenrolling my son. She did not allow an explanation or consulting a conversation with me before she decided to disenroll my son the week of a hurricane not considering anyone. NO COMMUNICATION what so ever. Honestly i am disgusted with this school. If it wasn't for my sons teacher keeping it completely truthful with me every single day about my son to ensure his safety and at least building trust with them we would HAVE BEEN GONE. SOME of the teachers are nice. BUT the "LEADership team" ARE HORRIBLE and need to go to school for leadership and integrity cause they don't got it. GOODBYE.
This daycare is extremely high. During my visit with the daycare in one of the classes i noticed a teacher snatching a fork out of a child’s hand. I was given several prices 277.00 a week is not affordable for single parents they even charging you to put your child in sports to practice in there clothing no uniforms at all. With elc you still paying 148.25 a week. VPK 8:30-12:30 with elf its 84.00. They giving different prices for different people. This school needs to be investigated.
absolutely love this school! my little one has been attending since he was 6mo and I've had no issues! Very attentive staff!
I watched an employee that was frustrated with a child because the child was running around pick the child up by one arm off the floor and carry the child across the classroom to the carpet area on the live feed video. Addressed it with the director, she was unconcerned as if it was ok. I asked for the video to be reviewed and was told live feed only. So if a incident arises there is no way for the management to review it. The employee remained in the classroom! Therefore it’s as if it didn’t happen. My granddaughter was removed that day due to safety concerns and poor management. The proper authorities were notified. This place is a daycare nightmare!

I had the worst experience at this daycare facility. The management team at this location were super unfriendly, and just overall unpleasant to deal with. The teachers at this location were very nice and good with our baby/toddler however the leadership at this location is very poor. I would not take my child here if they were offering free daycare. Do not recommend.
My 2FS goes here. Within a little over 5 months 5 incident reports. 2 of which required hospital visits. Last visit I called the police for a report to be made. The ER Dr. called DCF and made a report. Now I received notification my child was unenrolled on the date of the incident, which is fine because he wasn't going back. The director and asst. director acts non chalant about incidents that happen. No one can ever tell you what happens to your child yet there are suppose to be cameras in the classrooms.
This company is very unprofessional on the Northside of jacksonville I'm an employee there and the administration has the audacity to call my child school without my permission today to confirm about my child being out of school!! That is a violation of the code of conduct and also a violation of HIPPA!! I will be suing because that's confidential! Of course the school is not gonna give you a straight up answer about an illness that is going on at the school!! And the administration at this location Northside Jacksonville FL y'all are in the wrong and when I'm done with you all the entire school will be shut down because there were a few cases and incidents at this location that could have jeopardize my health and then the other teachers and staff health!!! You have no business keeping kids in the building for two hours without taking the next step forward when the parents are not picking up their child after when the message have been related to them about the child is vomiting every 10 minutes or when this child is having uncontrollable bowel movements such as diarrhea. That can easily make others in the building sick!! Especially me when I have an underlying health condition!!!! I will not stand for this!! I do now see exactly why your company can't keep great quality teachers at this location because it's very sad that they would go the extra mile to be very unprofessional! My child school should not concern you and tutor time learning center! Anyways the steps that the corporate office needs to do is to leave their desk and visit each and every center and see what we have to deal with on a daily basis! I had to see for my self what people were actually saying. I have a business degree and I will be opening my learning center soon and I have been working with children over a decade and owning businesses over the time. They don't back their employees up at all and also did I mention they are unethical? Yeah I did actually but they are gonna get what's coming because you don't call my child school without my consent!!
