Estoy muy agradecida con todos los trabajadores porque como educador hacen muy buen su trabajo , tienen un trato muy especial hacia sus alumnos y padres , estoy súper feliz de ver cómo mi hija está aprendiendo de rápido dice que sus maestros son muy buenos y le explican con mucho cariño gracias a todos por su gran labor 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

The owner Ms. Su is a good person when it's convenient for her. My son who is 2 years old broke his femur school and missed school for about 3 months. When the school was notified I was told that he was not going to be charged since he was out for a medical reason. Upon returning I was hit with an outstanding balance fee. I requested and left numerous messages with her staff to speak to her about the situation and months went by without a phone call or a message or anything. Her employee told me flat out that she was not going to return my call. Fast forward to when I am going to transfer my son out the daycare apparently she is unable to do it even though she is the owner. She states she does not have access to my sons file even though she is the owner. After coming to an agreement I pod my balance out through zelle which I did for some payments through out the time my son was there. She denied my transfer paper because I did not pay cash. Than requesting for my money back she states she could not send it back. She is very unprofessional. She treats her employees like garbage. Through my daughter therapist I was even told at one point she was going to the school around kids while she was COVID positive. I've heard numerous stories about the owner and her demeanor and I did not believe it until you get on her bad side. I would be careful around her.

I have had 3 children as Sus and never had these issues about Money, or Allergies... I must say my child has not gotten from school while at Sus... I hope the people complaining about the Money stop leaving discriminating reviews, when they are probably just cheap and expect things for free...

Su charged me an extra co-pay the entire year and I was never told anything. One day I found the need to take my child out of the daycare and she give me a very high outstanding balance. On one day I walked into the daycare and the teacher was screaming very loud to a little girl just because she didn't want to go to her theraphy session. At that moment i knew my kids weren't going to be there much longer. Please don't put your kids here.

Very bad experience with this people, they invade peoples privacy at their work place and on top of that they disturbed the peace , their interest is not the children, its all bout the money. i would never bring my kids there again, they disregard parents orders as far as what they give them to eat and they get sick easily. not the safest place for a child, my honest opinion is for anyone who is reading this, i DO NOT recommend this place for anyone's child.

I love this preschool... my kids have been attending here since they were 6 months old and 2 yrs old and I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff and the owner. The school is very clean and always happy. My children look forward to going to school. Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
