My kids have been going here since they 1st opened their doors. I’m not sure about the other reviews but my children have had no issues and all my concerns were addressed. My daughter is special needs and has autism and the daycare where her and my son were at before never diagnosed her, my son was non verbal before going here and barely spoke any words. As soon as they attended here they were excelling. Both of my children received speech therapy, my daughter has OT and music therapy. My children were learning and I noticed an improvement through out the years. I know the teachers who my children TAUGHY WERE VERY ACTIVE in communicating with me and my concerns. I received daily reports and pictures through the app throughout the day.

Had to come back and update from 5 Stars to 1. This program is affiliated with AdventHealth for a reason, be mindful. If you’re searching for a medical facility to diagnose and provide care for your children that need services, this is the facility for you. If you want a daycare environment with no educational plan and structure, this is for you. If you’re expecting them to teach your children, this is NOT the program for you. These are your children, the future, be aware and pay attention.

I’m new to Orlando, and I’ve been trying to get information on enrollment & registration. But, unfortunately no one answers the phone. I’ve left messages. No one returns calls. I’ve fill out my registration information on the website…again no response. It shouldn’t be this hard.

I have to express the excellent service, communication, and help that my grandson receives at this early education school. My grandson is a child who was born without one of his limbs, and from day one they have helped my grandson with different therapies that have given him security in his daily life. The therapists have done an excellent job. The staff at West Lakes Early Learning Center is very respectful, communicative, and they have always been willing to go the extra mile with everything my grandson has needed. And they even got the great help of getting two special bikes for my grandson, one for school and one for home. It was a great gift for him at Christmas. I thank you for everything you do for all the children; but especially my grandson. Mrs. Díaz has helped with different resources for the development and growth of my grandson. Mrs. Díaz asked for some help so that my grandson would have a person to help him and give him support in some of his needs and now he had that person. Her name is Mrs. Valenzuela; she has been a key player in my grandson's development, she is with him daily and gives him emotional, physical support and other needs that my grandson has. The help they provide during early education has been of great importance, the teachers are excellent educators, and all the staff at this Early Learning Center are highly qualified. Everyone is there to help each child and families. I was able to understand that helping children at an early age is of great importance and must begin at home. They guide parents, provide services, and have helped my daughter in my grandson's educational and emotional process. My family and I are very grateful to the entire team at West Lakes Early Learning Center. ✨Excellent Early Learning Center

This is a medical facility that looks to label children rather than teach them. They also have mental health therapist in the classes diagnosing children without parents knowledge. Be careful and pay attention no child care facility should need your child's medical information and then bill it for services. My son started at 12 was and I thought it was great until they kept trying to label or diagnose him with one thing after another. His Dr and I both agreed to take him out of the facility.
