My children have come to this place for years. It went down hill very fast the past few years. The owner treats the employees like garbage so they end up quitting. No familiar faces are consistent. They overcharge and I would definitely look elsewhere. If you want your child to succeed go somewhere else. The director was great as well as the second one. They are a lot of the reason I stayed. They left due to the owner..Don’t waste your time or your money. Plenty of centers out there
Omg STAT AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN!!!!! They will leave your child outside unattended and then Try to pass responsibility to somebody else and not be responsible for their actions. Just look at how to hang up on abc news as they were trying to get information about a case of neglect. Shame on you shame shame shame
Do NOT send your kids here. My daughter was enrolled for 6 months multiple incident reports of her getting bit. They combine classrooms together because low staffing and the front desk people could care less to get up and go help them. Not to mention I did everything right filled out my daughters 2 week withdrawal notice as it says to do and the handbook also says your deposit will be used for your last week and the director confirmed with me that was true until her last week they charged my account full price again and was told it was a ‚Äúhuman mistake‚Äù and I‚Äôd have to wait for a check in the mail. üòÖ Just please do yourself a favor and stay away. I am talking about north cape location!
This school has so much potential, but is weighed down by a director that will be friendly until something doesn’t go her way, on an open door school she though it was okay to lock the door and prevent parents from getting their children from VPK until she allows it. She also decided to start an argument with parents in front of staff and children and handles situations very poorly for being a director. There is no learning that goes on in the VPK program at all my son has gone the entire school year this year and all he has learned how to do is copy his name and sing half of his ABCs, they are either playing with toys or outside. 2-3 year old parents please do not send your children here either the daycare staff does not pay any attention to your children.
Good school. Went there back in 1990. I ended up getting kicked out because a kid wouldn't stop taking my crayons. I then tried to cut him with plastic fiskar scissors. I left a red mark on him and in turn got kicked out. I would definitely try this again.
We loved our teacher! And her assistant. My kids enjoyed their class of singing, themed planned learning, and making friends. They also have fun dress up days.
I love them! All the teachers and staff are kind and compassionate. Academically, my son is going to go into kindergarten way ahead of the game! I will forever be grateful!
Stay away
