My experience has been a lack of courtesy and response to potential clients. After using all their recommended methods (phone, email, messaging) of contact for a number of weeks they finally call me to make a grooming appointment. However they never showed up for the appointment. They never called, messaged or emailed me to cancel even though I reached out to them through all their preferred methods of contact. Common courtesy to clients is deserved but not received. If they decide that they no longer want to work with someone, it's important to communicate this clearly and respectfully. Ignoring messages or disappearing without explanation is unprofessional and can damage their reputation.
They did great with our senior pets.
My dog was overdue and badly matted. Kayleigh and Vincent did an amazing job and made him look gorgeous. They were patient, gentle and caring, and made him feel comfortable throughout the process. Skilled professionals all the way. We are happy to entrust our precious pup them. Top notch groomers!
