My 2 children started here at 8 months and 1.5 years old, then my baby started at 6 weeks. It was the first daycare my kids have gone to so i was very nervous at first. They absolutely love it and have learned SO much. They love the staff so much, my kids are always talking about them and asking to see them on the weekends. They have been heaven sent for my family. They are very accommodating and very good with communication. I couldn’t have asked for a better daycare for my kids. This daycare was the only reason i stayed in this area as long as i have because I know it’s so hard to find a good daycare. We love everyone here and are truly going to miss them when we move. Thank you so much to the whole staff for treating my children like they are their own, loving them and teaching them.

My child’s finger tip was ripped off from being pulled when the door shut on her hand. Clearly was not being properly supervised. Her finger tip was discarded of and unable to be located by paramedics when they asked staff where they could have discarded of it. On scene, paramedics said staff was unhelpful and short with their answers. They were there to help my child and staff was not aiding in making sure she got the appropriate help that she needed. She had red marks on her side that they would not give paramedics ab explanation for. I would question if staff are thoroughly trained because most basic training in positions like this tell you what to do if a body part is amputated. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t know the finger tip was completely off, however, the dcf report says that they noticed immediately but apparently made no attempt to recover it. In addition to that, she was wearing clothes that were not hers when I got there even though she had a change of clothes that I had provided. When we got our things, we were given clothes and bed sheets that were not my children’s. One of our cups didn’t come back. Clearly not very organized. If you are strapped for cash then this may suit you monetarily but remember toy will get what you pay for.
