Author: Hailey D Rating: 1/5 Date: 12/19/2022, 7:10:05 PM Review: My daughter's first day at TLC was today. While dropping her off I noticed several rooms with children left alone. No adult in sight. I needed childcare but I felt horrible leaving my child there. I picked her up within 2 hours. When I arrived to pick her up, she was in the front room with several children and an infant was sitting in a high chair in the lobby in front of a TV. There was no adult in sight. I stood there for several minutes before Shelby came from the back hallway. Once home my daughter told me her class was left unsupervised several times. The class room was unclean. The carpet had food smashed into it. She said the teacher didn't interact with them. She only yelled at them to be quiet and watch the movie or color. She said the teachers just gossiped to each other about relationships and someone getting a divorce. My daughter also stated that the bathrooms don't have doors or stalls and she was watched by other children while going to the bathroom and she also say a boy going to the bathroom. When I called to inform them my daughter would not be returning and I would be filing a report, which I'm legally obligated to do, the teacher hung up on me. I'm waiting for a call back from the director because I will not be paying for care I did not receive.

Highly recommend and trust this daycare. My daughter always comes home happy and usually with some kind of activity or craft they did that day. The staff genuinely cares for the kids and it shows. We had just recently moved from a different state and this daycare was incredibly accommodating. We have another little one on the way and the staff and manager are doing everything in their power to help our family. I'm incredibly appreciative. They are affordable, communicative, and just a great team to work with. Enroll your little one here, you won't regret it!

My daughter has been going to TLC for almost a year now and we have had nothing but great experiences! Kayla and Heather do an amazing job making sure everything runs smoothly and is taken care of. All of the teachers here are great and treat each child like their own. I am very happy to have found a spot available at TLC!

I recently moved to the Santa Rosa beach area with my 3 year old son and we were referred to this facility and since we have started everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend tlc for anyone looking for childcare. I feel very comfortable bringing in my son everyday they make us feel like family!
Location is great! My toddler loves the daily activities and calls the daycare "Puppy School". She has made lots of friends and loves her teachers.
Loving, caring, and communicative staff. Facility is in great shape and has plenty of learning opportunities with a big playground. The extended hours is helpful as well for working parents! Very happy we found this place!
