Author: C C Rating: 5/5 Date: 1/28/2025, 3:06:19 AM Review: I wanted to share my perspective as a parent whose daughter has been at this daycare for almost two years. In my experience, Miss Meghan and Miss Brianna are always very attentive when there’s a virus in the school or in any class. They make sure to notify parents promptly and are always quick to call if a child is sick — that’s what they’ve consistently done with my daughter. Additionally, both Miss Meghan and Miss Brianna as school leaders, are always on top of what’s happening at the daycare. If there’s ever a virus or concern, they notify parents in a thoughtful and professional manner. I’ve also checked the cameras on several occasions and have seen teachers cleaning, not just in my daughter’s current class but in all the classrooms she’s been in. The entire staff has always been kind and attentive, and based on my experience, I don’t believe all the claims being made are accurate.

I have a few issues with this place besides the director lying during the tour then once paperwork is signed saying different…My issues: the teachers not paying attention to the students and the lack of cleaning. There are countless times that I am watching the cameras (which by the way are not unlimited, you cannot “watch your child grow” as much as you would want) and I see teachers not paying attention: scrolling through social media on their phones, on their Apple Watches, just sitting there talking to each other, etc. while children are getting into (potentially) dangerous situations. And the cleaning… I completely understand children getting sick frequently because they haven’t been around a lot of kids, however, at what point is it due to the staff’s lack of cleaning, not paying attention when a child grabs another’s cup and drinks from it, or all of the kids, just licking and slobbing on the same toys? Also not notifying parents when a child has an illness and can potentially spread it to other students, ridiculous. My child had hand, foot and mouth disease twice, pink eye once, and was exposed to RSV (this we were notified about). Do better Tiny Turtles, do better!
To the woman who wrote the 1 star review regarding kids on the playground in the rain... You do, quite literally, have the wrong school. Tiny turtles is not on/near the main road and the playground is actually completely high-fenced with white siding that does not allow you to see in.
For starters, I just want to say I'm glad my child does not attend this preschool. It's already hard enough in the world, trying to find trustworthy people to look after our kids while we're at work. What I saw today at this daycare Disturbed me a lot. Today, June 11th, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m. I noticed a whole bunch of kids outside playing on the playground, while it was slightly raining outside. This made me call the preschool to speak to a manager. The manager told me that there were no kids outside and that I had the wrong preschool information after I asked her if this preschool was located off of Old Dixie and A1A. Even though I knew the story she told me was not true, I politely excused myself off the line and hung up. I said all that to say this, this is why kids are coming home sick, and we can't understand why there are so many germs getting around. Basically, it is because we trust and pay irresponsible adults to look after our kids. And if this so-called manager was so quick to lie to me about kids being outside in the rain, what else would she lie to an actual parent that child attends this facility about. It's just something to think about when you drop your kids off. At the end of the day, the preschool employees are not the one inside of doctor's offices with the child or even Walgreens buying medicine to help nurse our kids back to health.
Very bad experience. Would not recommend
The staff is kind and attentive. They have a locked door policy to ensure people cannot just wander in. Overall I am very happy with my child's care.
Awesome school!!! My kids been here for 3 to 4 yrs and thank good every day for them they are awesome!!!!!
Just quit after working at this center for 2 days I got to witness the most rude and disrespectful human beings behavior. I started off in Ms.Chris class which to be honest she is just amazing with children and seems to know them very well. I was then in the 2s class with 2 teachers that SHOULD NOT be permitted in a child care center JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES 45 hrs thru DCF DONT JUST HIRE THEM!!!!!!!! Moving on to my second day in the toddlers room(1yr) well I cried seeing how they spoke to those kids how if the child did not sit still they would curse and act like they were speaking to adults children that can barely walk... Whats worse is that I put my precious 8month old in the hands of monsters with straight faces and cold souls they barely spoke kids cried nonstop my child was left crying on a floor while everyone stood around or attended to kids that were fine. I decided to quit due to the abuse and how disgusting they treat children I WOULD STARVE WITH NO MONEY RATHER THEN SEE CHILDREN SUFFER. All I CAN SAY IS I LEFT WITH MY HEART BROKEN... MAY GOD PROTECT THOSE CHILDREN. My precious baby is safe now. Those children are angels they deserve love and patience. If you DONT HAVE THAT THEN YOU CANT WORK AT A CHILD CARE CENTER PERIODDDD!!!!!
Awesome school!!!
