Tiniciti is great at being incredibly pushy to get you to enroll and pay money upfront. It is a nightmare from there. Communication: Awful communication. We received zero notification or outreach prior to our baby’s first day. We went in totally blind. Facility: It is like your baby is in a dark prison the entire day. They left our baby in a crib or chair alone for majority of the day without any love or care. They also have awful security measures. Anyone can just roam in and out. Negligence: They do not listen to any instructions. Our baby went hours without a bottle, and had little to no stimulation. He was just left there to rot essentially until pick up. Robbery: We paid 3 months up front due to their pushy nature (imploring us to “secure” a spot and that it’s “sold out”). When we decided to pull him out due to their negligence it’s been an ongoing nightmare trying to get a refund. We are even willing to forego 1 month due to their policy. They say they’ll call and never do, emails continuously go unresponded to. We are now forced to involve an attorney. I’m leaving this review so that any caring parent with a beloved infant does not make the same mistake we did in dealing with this establishment. UPDATE: I received an intimidation letter from an attorney urging me to remove my review due to defamation. Since when is freedom of speech and factual reviews based on one’s experience considered defamatory?! Makes me wonder how many reviews have been removed due to their scare tactics. ----- Author: Jada Grace Rating: 5/5 Date: 5/21/2024, 10:00:58 PM Review: My toddler loves Tiniciti! He started in the Infant room and is now in the toddler rooms. We love how much he enjoys the learning activities. The teachers send photos of during the day - it's always a nice surprise to see him having fun while at we're work! The indoor playground is a nice added touch to the facility. I enjoy knowing he is able to have active playtime regardless of the weather. The staff is friendly and always gives our son a warm welcome each morning. A great place for working parents! ----- Author: Elissa Sharon Rating: 5/5 Date: 11/17/2023, 2:31:19 PM Review: My 2 kids are very happy here with the learning activities, building friendships, and the warm & welcoming staff. My toddlers have attended Tiniciti for almost 2 years now since my youngest was in the infant room at 5 months old. They walk in confidently and happy, saying bye easily and ready to have fun. (This takes time so don’t worry in the beginning when they cry because it’s new). The staff give big hugs to my children and my kids return the hugs like it’s family. They are proud of the artwork they bring home, sing ABCs, counting numbers, and identifying colors, animals, and shapes. This environment has helped us as parents develop social skills and competencies within our children that would have been challenging to do solo. The management team is very respectful and understanding, having worked with my family specifically when we had extenuating circumstances and really needed it. We’ve appreciated the help of Tiniciti to support our children’s growth and wish them great success in the future to continue enriching Brickell families. 🙏🏻

Author: Gama Twins Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/12/2024, 3:50:56 AM Review: As a parent, I am thoroughly impressed with Tiniciti. This preschool stands out for its exceptional blend of nurturing care and educational excellence. The environment is welcoming and thoughtfully designed to make learning both enjoyable and effective for young children. The staff at Tiniciti are highly professional, dedicated, and truly passionate about early childhood education. They create a supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore their interests and develop new skills. The curriculum is well-rounded, promoting a balance of academic learning, creative expression, and social development. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into designing activities that are both engaging and educational such as Music, Dance and P.E. Moreover, the open lines of communication between teachers and parents are greatly appreciated. It’s reassuring to be involved and informed about our child’s progress and the day-to-day activities. Overall, Tiniciti offers a wonderful foundation for early education and socialization. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a high-quality preschool that prioritizes the well-being and growth of its students. ----- Author: Carly Everhardt Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/18/2023, 3:13:21 PM Review: We had our baby at Tiniciti from 6 months to a year - the only reason we left was because we moved. Our baby loved going everyday and was well taken care of. As parents we also appreciated the ability to directly communicate with her teachers, the long hours of care, and the fact there was a curriculum even though she was such a young baby. I was nervous when I sent her to daycare at first, but it turned out to be a great experience!

They keep on charging my credit card even we canceled over 2months ago! And while we were enrolled, they added $50 extra charge (processing fee) each transaction. without notifying! People, please check your statements with them carefully. Childcare was good, but billing is impossible. Reached out numerous times, changed bank account Numbers. They keep on charging after cancelation. That is illegal.

To all parents, be careful as I heard this school is barely surviving and going to close very soon and you will be out of all your money you paid. Go take a look at their prior school in the Roads. CLOSED. However a new better school is there now. This school Tiniciti has many lawsuits pending due to the director Mariana...She has no values or morals and thus many bad things happen there... There are much better schools around Brickell that give you much more for your money. This Tinicit school is based right off a main road which is highly dangerous for children. Also the parking is horrendous. As well as theres no fresh air for your kids so the kids can get very sick. Kids like too play outside and here there is no way to do that. Also I saw teachers being fired every month. The smell inside is also weird. Bottom line, go and check all the other schools in the area and you will see Tiniciti is way over priced and not the best place for your child. Good luck!

Do not trust this preschool. They will make you sign a long term contract and if you want to get out of it they will threaten to sue you. You have been warned. The director Mariana is ruthless. She may act nice when you meet her but trust me when you want to get out of your contract you’ll see what I mean…

Who would want to enroll in a daycare with no outdoor playground or activities? Also its very dangerous out front, fast cars driving up and down at very high speeds. And then you have all those stairs...i mean its like an accident waiting to happen... And then the staff omg, like really?...and then once the director Mariana gets you in her office watch out, she's going to act super nice and try to lock you in to some long term expensive contract. Also the teachers are in and out, every week a different teacher, every week a different employee, every week another problem... Honestly you can go right around the corner to a few of the other daycares like Brickell Heights, Bright Futures and Brickell International and get an outdoor playground and much better child experience for the money.

Since we have moved here for work, we had to find a good place for our kid for a short period. All the teachers and workers in Tiniciti are extremely helpful and flexible which we needed the most. I recommend 100%. Also becauce my son felt comfortable and safe immediately and has improved a lot.

I’ve been using Tiniciti for a few months now and overall, my experience has been very positive. The caregivers are attentive and genuinely seem to care about each child's well-being. My child has been thriving, and I appreciate the personalized attention she receives. The staff is professional, friendly, and communicates effectively with parents. They provide regular updates on my childs progress and activities. The facility is clean, well-organized, and safe.
