He started there at 9.5 months in July 2022, so he was barely there for 2.5 months. In order to build up the case for disenrollment, they summoned me to the director's office a dozen times and handed me notes on the excessive crying and had me sign each of those notes for record keeping. My wife was very unhappy and wanted us to contest the issue with management but frankly, who would want to leave their infant at a daycare where he isn't wanted. The providers in the classroom were ok, though, but at a rate of over 350$/month and at a 1:3 infant ratio, I would have expected that they were more resilient in dealing with the situation. Unfortunately, the daycare situation in St. Pete is pretty bad and the provider agencies can get away unquestioned as supply is so low and demand so high. We have since then moved to Tampa and the our son is happily enrolled in a good daycare with good providers and a stable management. ----- Author: Jess Littrell Rating: 1/5 Date: 2/1/2024, 7:11:27 PM Review: ORGINAL REVIEW I do not recommend their infant room. Had a terrible experience. The owner refused to take accountability and was very unprofessional. Staff (lots of different faces) that covers the infant room when they are short staffed or do not have coverage do not typically work with infants and due to lack of training my baby had to suffer. Lack of communication, training, compassion, common sense and professionalism which is very much needed when working with infants and children. Response from the owner3 hours ago Jess, please be honest and accurate with your reviews when you are trying to hurt a small business. There is no lack of training whatsoever with our staff. All of our staff meet the state of FL standards and exceed that. No idea what you are talking about with that. You were there 3 days and completely unreasonable. We do not administer medications as you asked - sorry. There was no lack of communication, compassion, common sense, or professionalism whatsoever. Just upset you had to abide by the rules and policies... best of luck to the next preschool that has you! I am 100% honest with my reviews. And just as I reviewed owner refuses to take accountability reflects in your response. My daughter left your facility with a terrible rash and we were informed by your manager to sign the appropriate form with directions for our generic Desitin the next moring so that it may be applied. The following morning we went in with the cream and asked for the form so that it may be applied (followed policies and procedures) your staff that was covering the infant room said she never heard of such form but that if we had the cream they will use it. To ensure that we did our part we wrote the instructions on the sheet provided in your binder at the entrance of infant room. The cream was never used and caused her to get worse and caused her lots of pain. I’m still not understanding why you can’t take accountability and accept that your staff member did not have the proper training or else that would have never occurred. I am doing my part and reviewing honestly so no other parent goes through this whether that be opening your eyes and training now or the next family that wants proper care takes precaution with using your facility. ----- Author: Ish. Rating: 1/5 Date: 1/20/2023, 4:13:16 PM Review: EDIT: The owner's response reinforces why the center was not a "good fit" for our family. We are grateful to have found daycares that are more suitable for our infant (now happy toddler). We wish the business well on their journey. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Would not recommend their infant classroom. There was poor communication with the director in charge - we observed lots of staff turnover, which was an issue for an infant adjusting to a daycare setting/teachers. Our child got sent home multiple times a month for being "fussy" or "crying inconsolably" and was ultimately disenrolled. A very disappointing experience, especially given that we were clocking in a 20-25 minute commute one-way to this daycare and made every attempt to cooperate so that our child would get adjusted.

I’ve had both my girls (8 years apart) attend this school and we have had nothing but positive experiences. I feel the owners are constantly improving and investing a lot into their facilities. It’s family owned and run which I love. My second child is stubborn 😅 (second kid problems) but they do so well with her. Miss Alicia, Miss Tre and Miss Sarah are amazing as are all the staff. They give a family feel and my daughter Mia loves them. Wonderful place! I would highly recommend.

We found from yelp that this place is actually about a one and a half star, if you look through a lot of these reviews, they look very familiar in speech a lot of them state professional, but they don’t actually say how their child is being taken care of? I’m concerned that many reviews are being added that may not tell the entire story, if they are clients at all. What they don’t tell you is if you don’t pay cash, they charge you an extra 18% ….. I guess they don’t accept check, so they really push to be paid in cash which seems absolutely crazy considering the day and age we live in today when hardly anyone carries cash……hey were not completely forthcoming with abuse investigations Against them —-Actually, they failed to mention this AT ALL…. Isn’t that a Florida statutes. After doing further research & Interviewing other parents who have had their children in this Highly questionable facility….. We have decided to keep our kiddos FAR away from this place as we can to remain safe, emotionally and physically! A friend of mine had her daughter here and within a week things got seriously bad to where she had to go to the hospital, and prescribed antibiotics and the parents were never informed the day their child received several suspicious lesions.
