My child was bleeding & bullied on Day 1. They claim 11:1 ratio, but it is actually 16:1; which is illegal. I have been waiting for the owners to respond. #GoodLuck A child can be written up indefinitely with no consequences. Bullied, bleeding, & crying is what your child will experience. Over 2 dozen kids to one teacher. Does that sound like an academy experience? I wish i could give negative stars
