We like the caring and attentive staff, a stimulating learning environment, excellent communication with us , noticeable developmental progress in children, a strong focus on safety, a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Right now my son is already in the 3-year-old group with a well-structured curriculum that caters to individual needs. I cannot say enough amazing things about the infant teachers Vanessa, Genesis and Aracelis. They have shown our son so much love and are so dedicated to the safety and well-being of the children in their care. They go above and beyond to make the children feel welcome and loved and do an amazing job creating memorable experiences appropriate to the infant age. We are so grateful for these ladies and all of their hard work! 10/10 would recommend this facility for their new infants

The staff is warm, caring, and truly dedicated to each child's growth. The curriculum is engaging and well-rounded, helping my child develop both academically and socially. Communication is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the positive, nurturing environment they provide. Jack of all trades! Patient, warm, happy she set the tone from the moment I first spoke with her. My first call was to get some general info pricing etc, later that night I scheduled a tour. She called me later to advise that it was pick up time so it maybe hectic, she offered another time slot the day after. I insisted on the time I scheduled for because I just removed my daughter from a different daycare and I needed to find a good place for her quickly. Honestly I was desperate lol. She said no problem I understand, come in at your scheduled time. This made my sensitive mommy heart sooo happy so I thank you for this. On to our tour with Miss Lisa who was amazing, we explained our concerns we had our daughter with us and she made and effort to engage with her even though she was nervous to be in a new place. She gave a thorough explanation about the curriculum, covid precautions and activities. I explained my concerns in regards to experience with our previous daycare and she reassured me that any concerns I had could be addressed with her. Tour was lovely, kids seemed happy. Wonderful experience, I enrolled my daughter that day. I have never seen a curriculum so full of enriching knowledge that will help our children succeed in kindergarten and their upcoming future. The staff is awesome and attentive to our children. I 100% recommend this School! They offer a STEAM curriculum which makes learning fun for the children. Their upcoming summer camp program looks full of exciting activities.

Author: Leah M Rating: 1/5 Date: 5/16/2021, 4:48:26 PM Review: I do NOT recommend the school to anyone!! Poor communication, lack of safety. I wish it's not required for me to give a single star. 1. There was an incident of my son injuring his right arm. when we went to pick him up, no one knew what happened. later we found out that his elbow was dislocated. Nor the director, or the teachers knew what happened, NO incident report was written. No one knows how long he was suffering from pain which scares me. Per orthopedist, the elbow dislocation usually happens by strong pulling. Their camera is also a joke. it’s only live feed the screen is so small that you can’t identify what’s going on. It is only for director to watch from her office but does she really sit there and watch? 2. There was another incident of my son falling and banged his right forehead. They PUT HIM TO NAP after the incident which is absolute contraindication. He should have stayed awake after a concussion. Overall, we felt that it’s NOT SAFE for him to be here. We asked for reimbursement for the medical bill that we had to pay (x ray of dislocated elbow) but they took forever to communicate back to us. communication is absolutely ridiculous! First, director told us that we need to contact our insurance company to contact theirs. Which was not correct. We asked for their insurance company phone number and they took several days to get back to us. We had to contact them many times Just get their insurance company name & phone number. After getting their insurance company’s phone number, We called their insurance company. Per their insurance company, the facility needs to file a claim in order for us to get the money back. We are so over with this. It seems that this institution is trying their best not to give us the money back . Overall worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. We can live without that medical bill. The most important thing is my son’s safety. My son no longer goes there. You make your own decision.
