Author: Abigail Seal Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/11/2024, 2:19:24 PM Review: My daughter started at TLE when she was 7 months old. I was SO nervous to send her to daycare but from her first day in the infant room I knew it was a great fit. Her infant teachers Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Kayla were the sweetest and you can tell how much they truly love their jobs and cared for my little one. I was so sad to have her move up to the Toddler room because I loved the infant teachers so much. Ever since moving to the Toddler room my girl is THRIVING! Her new teachers, Ms. Brandy and Ms. Caitlyn are amazing. You can see how much she is learning every day. Her communication skills are growing through sign language and speech. We get daily feedback from her teachers about everything from her emotions and moods to her eating habits during the day. I could not recommend TLE more than I already do. I love the curriculum and seeing how much my daughter learns every day. ----- Author: Noelia Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/23/2024, 4:46:35 PM Review: My kids have been going to TLE for a year. My daughter enjoys going to the infant room. She is happy to see her teachers: Ms Sabrina, Ms Kayla, Ms Michelle, Ms Salesia, and Ms Pam. My son goes to the twaddlers room with Ms Jen and Ms Sam, who take great care of him. ----- Author: Crystal Broadway Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/23/2024, 2:24:02 AM Review: My oldest son has been going to TLE since they opened and my youngest since 2 months old. I am at ease all day knowing they are so well cared for at TLE. Every single teacher and staff member is kind, happy and good to my children. From the front office staff with Lori, Cassie and Emily, to Ms. Robin making lunches....Jennifer and Sam who were prior teachers until my oldest moved up to Joie and Vicky who handle 3 year old shenanigans all day with grace. The infant classes have spoiled my youngest with love to the point he jumps into the arms of Saleisa, Sabrina, Michelle and Pamela..... Prior to TLE we had gone to three daycares where my son cried and threw fits going to them until TLE. ----- Author: Kiandra Jones Burruss Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/22/2024, 12:00:50 PM Review: As a first time mom, I wanted to make sure that I find the best daycare I could find. Starting my infant in daycare as a 4 month old was so nerve wrecking but Ms. Kayla, Ms. Salesia, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Michelle and Ms.Pam are just some of the best teachers that they have and I honestly could not imagine better teachers for my baby. He has grown and learned so much from them and I’m so grateful for them ----- Author: Jennifer Harland Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/21/2024, 1:18:18 AM Review: I can’t say enough about this place! My son has been going since he was 3 months old. He’s been in both infant rooms and Pam, Salesia, Sabrina and Michelle all cared for him as if he were their own. I never had to worry about him because they created such a safe and loving environment for all the babies. We were sad to move to toddlers but they made the transition so smooth for him. And he’s still thriving due to the great foundation that they helped to create. I will forever be grateful for all four of these ladies. ----- Author: Chelsea Hill Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/16/2024, 11:38:22 PM Review: My littlest one started attending The Learning Experience at 6 months old and I know he is always getting the best care with Ms. Pam, Ms. Salesia, Ms. Michelle and Ms. Sabrina. They are always ready to greet him with a smile and love getting the real time updates on his activities while at work. Hands down, the best infant teachers. ----- Author: Katelyn Viola Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/16/2024, 6:10:10 PM Review: The Learning Experience has been perfect for my family! I’ve had a baby attending since he was 7 weeks old and Pam, Salesia, Michelle, and Sabrina in his infant room have made the back to work transition so smooth. He always smiles when he sees them and they send plenty of pictures throughout the day so we know how he’s doing. We’ve been to several daycares with our other children, and this has been the best and cleanest one by far. ----- Author: Jerf Derkins Rating: 1/5 Date: 10/18/2022, 5:24:39 PM Review: Lesson learned, just because a facility is new doesn't mean it is good. This review is going to be long because I want to illustrate my perspective as a new parent. I am also a professional in a service industry so I am able to recognize how poorly executed this facility is. It boils down to poor management, specifically Jessica's attitude. I received a phone call letting me know the good news that there would be room for my daughter in the infant room. I asked when she would be able to start as my first day of my new job was dependent on this information. I was given a vague answer and told that they were "waiting on a shipment of new cribs to open the second infant room." I asked how many infants were in each room, and was told 4 infants to each room with 1 attendant in each room. I felt comfortable and accepted the spot from the wait list. I called several more times to confirm the start date for my daughter a few weeks in advance and was told the same thing "waiting on cribs" to arrive. When my husband toured the facility he said there were several cribs there so we weren't sure what the hold up was. Keep in mind, every time I contacted the facility to ask a question or clarify something confusing, Jessica always was the one who picked up the phone, with zero sense of professionalism, and transferred the call to Emily each time. The first day of drop off I was told by Emily at the front office how the key fobs work, and that she would assign one for my husband and give it to him when he picked up our daughter that day. Tell me why my husband was asking me if I had the key fob because Emily told him that she gave it to me that morning? Again, unorganized and confusing for something extremely simple. I decided after not even four days to pull her out because I found her lying on the floor screaming and crying near three other crying children and the attendants were clearly busy. When would she have been tended to and soothed? As I was taking her due to illness, I was told that she was "adjusting really well!" I let the facility know that I was taking her out of the program and to consider it my two week notice (which you still have to pay for even if they don't attend by the way). I was unable to get in touch with Jessica due to Hurricane Ian, and managing my child's illness, also quitting my job due to lack of quality care for my child. I called Jessica after the two week period to ask if I could turn in the key fobs and pick up my leftover supplies. As soon as I said that she immediately got defensive and told me they "left several voicemails and e-mails" and that it's not their fault if my supplies aren't there. Frankly, I didn't care about the supplies and would understand if they didn't have them. But considering that I was out of contact for maybe a week since they were closed for Hurricane Ian before and after, and the fact that I called several times without response, the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional at best. For the record, I had zero missed calls, zero voicemails, and one missed e-mail reply. To avoid further conflict, I sent my husband to the appointment we set at 3:30pm that day with Jessica to sign a form, turn in the key fob and pick up supplies if they were there. When he arrived, she made sure she had someone else in her office, and simply flagged someone else down to give the supplies which were magically there since we had asked about them. Not once were we asked why we were leaving, for feedback, or enticed to stay. It was clear our daughter was just a number to this facility, not cared about and easily replaceable. It simply solidified my decision was correct as they are being run by an incredibly unprofessional manager, who does nothing to build your trust as a parent, and continues to act immature while being responsible for your children. Best decision I ever made was to take my child out of this facility.

Is this day care considered safe?

Yes

Many reviewers express feelings of safety and security in leaving their children at the facility, and there are many positive reviews.

Our girl has been going there since July 2023 and she is thriving. The curriculum is enriching and engaging. The communication is consistent. The staff members we encounter are always pleasant (even after a full day of wrangling tiny humans). Currently, her teachers are Ms. Kiana and Ms. Tatiana. Our daughter seems to adore her teachers and consistently comes home with new knowledge and skills. We are amazed at what our girl can do and how much she has grown. TLE is a big part of making that possible! Finally, our daughter is developing amazing social skills and relationships at TLE. It makes us happy to see her happy. Shout out to Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Brandy as well! We come from another childcare that only look after the babies to go through the day. This childcare, as the name says, it is a learning experience for children. They follow a curriculum, and as a teacher, I can see that the principal and her stuff are very aware on how to work and give experiences to the children for them to develop skills in the best way. Thank you! ----- Author: Yohanery Giboyeaux Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/12/2022, 10:59:28 PM Review: My boys are having so much fun since they started with all the fun activities they have been doing. It’s so hard to make the decision to put your child in daycare. And I was lucky enough to have my daughter home with me for 15 months. I know firsthand from my previous job the worries and stories of daycare. We visited a few places before finding TLE, and during those visits, our daughter stuck to us like glue. But from the moment we arrived at TLE, she was running around with a big smile on her face, which told us everything we needed to know. The warmth and kindness at TLE really stood out—from the administration to the teachers. Everyone greets your child by name, and they truly know each child’s personality and quirks. Every time we walk in, the teachers are fully engaged and interacting with the children. They’ve been so patient and understanding as our daughter adjusts, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We also love the daily updates through the app, the pictures, and the personal interactions with the staff about her day. It’s clear we made the right choice. We highly recommend TLE to any parents looking for a place that genuinely cares for their little ones!

I had an incredibly positive and enriching experience at the West Melbourne, FL, location! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm from the moment I arrived. Ms. Deb and Ms. Lori are genuinely kind about helping families and their instructors with any questions or assistance they may have. Ms. Zoraida, Ms. Joie, Ms. Vickie, and Ms. Katie each care for both of my children. They are highly skilled and create an engaging, interactive learning environment that encourages participation and deep thinking. All while having fun! You can notice right away that all the instructors at this location take pride in their teaching and are passionate about their students. The facility is always well-maintained, providing a conducive space for individual and group learning. The West Melbourne location exceeded my expectations, and I am glad my kids are happy and safe. We have been with TLE since Q4 24 and have had a pleasant and a positive experience with VPK and Preppers. The VPK curriculum/instruction time is developmentally appropriate for 4-5 year olds’ temperament! From observations, you can tell in the day-to-day operations, the entire staff practices redirection and distraction. They are in their fields for the children, rather a paycheck. I love that the children are engaged and learning! Bubbles and Friends is a great tool! TLE, from our experience, values communication and nurtures parent-teacher relationships! This location is also comprised of a wonderful admin team: Ms. Deb, Ms. Lori and Ms. Cas!

I didn't get to register. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the director üòï. Prices are more than most any other daycare I've visited in the area, but definitely look at it as an investment! Nice staff, clean facility. The kids look clean and cared for. Teacher all seem very nice, and I absolutely loved that they practice sign language and weekly Spanish words. I would definitely give them another shot if I ever needed to move my children.

I have two adult children and two teenagers, so I assumed my daycare days were done, but now that we have two toddlers I was worried about what to expect since things are soo very different. I’m soo Overjoyed that I found TLE bcz they checked every box! Kids have been there for about seven months now and I’ve not had any issues, the babies are soo thrilled to see the teachers and their friends and I couldn’t love their teachers any more than I do. We are Very fortunate to be part of the TLE family, no question
