I’ve been working at The Learning Experience in Davenport for almost a year now, and it has truly been an amazing journey. From the moment I joined the team, I felt welcomed, supported, and valued. The leadership under our Center Director, Francheska, is outstanding—her guidance, professionalism, and dedication to both the staff and the families make this center feel like a second home. My coworkers are not just colleagues; they’re a team of passionate, caring, and collaborative individuals who genuinely love what they do. Together, we create a positive and nurturing environment where children thrive and where we, as educators, continue to grow. The culture here is one of encouragement, excellence, and teamwork. I recently toured the learning experience and i loved how nice and welcoming everybody made me feel especially Francheska. She was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful.

This place has been a blessing to our family. Since we had our first conversation with Francheska, the director, we knew that was the right fit for our son as she was very informative, detailed and honest. Front desk ladies (Mariel and Jessica) are so welcoming always with a smile and able to help. Miss Nelly is so caring receiving my son early in the morning with a smile and a hug. Finally, my son's teachers Mrs. Carolina and Mrs. Marie they are wonderful, very communicative, very helpful and loving. What amazes me the most is that everybody knows my son and calls him by his name. We love The Learning Experience-Davenport West because is a place that cares for the kids, they are always looking for their safety and the educational model and curriculum they use is appealing and rich in content, also appropriate in all the ways they present it to the kids.

We went for a tour and not more than a few minutes in, I knew I wanted my daughter to go there. Francheska was absolutely the best! She took her time to answer questions and went out of her way to make my family feel welcomed. I was also pleasantly surprised of how clean and inviting it was and truly can't wait for my daughter to start! We have not met any of the teachers yet, but I am not at all worried. So far, I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you, Francheska!

We LOVE TLE. Ms. Nelly, Ms. Carolina, and Ms. Z (I can't spell her name for the life of me lol) are among the best teachers. They took a shy easily overwhelmed little boy and turned him into a kind confident leader. Jessica, Mariel, and Francheska (spelled that wrong too I know it) in the front office are like family. They take care of everyone and know each child under their care. I love this place, I'm so sad my son is going to age out this year. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place forever.

Our son has been in TLE since he was almost 2 years. We like that they transition the kids every 6 months to be in the adequate learning classroom based on age. He is currently in twaddler and it has been the best classroom so far because his teachers are AMAZING. Ms. Gaby and Ms. Lairina have been a blessing in our son’s life. He has learned a lot from them and the communication with us parents is top notch. We are always so happy to talk with them and hear how much our son has grown under their care. The best teachers at TLE! Ms. Paty is great too! She helps all around and is so nice with the kids. Ms. Lily who is in charge of the kids meals is so kind as well! We like that the location is clean. We look forward to see our son learn more and have fun! Our only feedback is ensuring door access is working at all times, for the safety of our babies. And continue reiterating parents to keep sick kiddos at home to avoid spreading it around. Still I give 5 stars!!!

I’m happy to recommend The Learning Experience to any parents looking for daycare for their children! From the front office staff to the culinary team to the teachers who work most directly with our son, we get A+ service every day. I am especially impressed with Maria, his Toddler room teacher. When our son needed special, specific care, she took note and went the extra mile to ensure his needs were met. She greets us with a smile and such a warm welcome to our son every morning! Very impressed and very happy here - The Learning Experience can’t be recommended enough!

We have been at TLE Davenport since day one. My child still gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. The hand in hand development between teachers, staff and parents is something you cannot get anywhere else. Ms Maria, Ms Kaitlin, Ms Ana and Ms Lucretia have cared for and loved my child like they were their own. Glad to be apart of the TLE family.

We love this school! My daughter is happy, thriving, making friends, having fun, and learning new things daily. Ms. Olga is an amazing 3 year old teacher who has helped my daughters penmanship so much. She is already prepping them for VPK while having fun. I’m so glad this school opened up :)

My child truly enjoys attending this school, and the teachers are exceptional. However, our experience as parents with the front desk staff has been less than satisfactory. The atmosphere is generally warm and welcoming, but it only seems to be the case when corporate personnel are present. On those occasions, the staff is cheerful, greeting everyone with friendly exchanges like "Good morning" and "Goodbye" while refraining from personal conversations. Unfortunately, outside of those moments, the professionalism at the front desk appears lacking. Visitors are often overlooked, with basic courtesies such as greetings like "Good morning" or "Good afternoon" being skipped. In addition, staff members frequently engage in casual, ongoing conversations among themselves, which detracts from the professionalism of the environment. As a parent and as a suggestion for improvement, I recommend investing in training for the front desk team and management to cultivate a more polished and respectful atmosphere for all visitors. It’s essential that staff members understand the importance of their roles in creating a welcoming environment. If certain individuals are not a good fit for their positions, reconsidering their placement or considering alternative roles may be necessary. Additionally, I suggest offering employees parking spaces in the back row as a courtesy. Small details like these can greatly enhance the overall experience and make parents and visitors feel more valued. While the school itself is great, there is room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism and general experience at the front desk.
