We discovered The Learning Cottage in 2022 after it was recommended to us by a colleague. After doing our best to care for our daughter at home during the pandemic, we realized we were unable to meet her educational and developmental needs. Our initial tour of The Learning Cottage left us feeling completely confident that this was the best place for Maeve and our family (a feeling we had yet to experience at many other centers). We were thrilled when a part time spot opened in the JPI classroom and were able to quickly transition into a full time role. Within just a few weeks Maeve’s speech and excitement to learn blossomed and she has continued to excel at The Learning Cottage. She was speaking incessantly, making friends, and having fun! She (and we) absolutely adore her teachers and their commitment to each child’s academic and socioemotional development is obvious. We are so grateful to have been afforded the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful community and don’t want to think about what we’ll do when it’s time to move on! We have been with Learning Cottage since June 2022. Over the past 2 1/2 years our children have been in all of the classes ranging from infant to private kindergarten. We love the Learning Cottage diverse educators and staff. Everyone really gets to know your children as individuals and cares about their well-being and growth. Any concerns or feedback I have given is truly heard and feels as though it’s something they value. It’s also a great perk that healthy, organic snacks are included twice a day. I always speak highly of LC and would recommend it to anyone with young children in the area.

If I could give this school hundred stars, I would! ➡️Learning Cottage Awesome facts⬅️ -The School runs like a well oiled machine! -Safety is a Top priority! You can’t even enter the school without knowing the door code. Teachers are constantly communicating on walkie talkies. -Holy Moly clean! The school uses all Young Living products. When necessary a sterilization team will come after hours to clean the school. My son went a whole year without a sick visit to the doctor. -Academics on Point! With the LC’s fusion program my son has the tools to be ready for Kindergarten, both socially and academically. -Parent Committee! Trust me, I’m not The PTO kinda mom, but I wanted to be a part of this awesome community of people. It also gave me the opportunity to meet other moms at the school and be in the loop with what the school was working on. -Peace, love and Kindness! Is the school’s motto and it shows in everything they do. Whether your child has sensory issues or just plain sad to see their parents leave, a teacher is always available to make the child feel safe and loved. ♥️

As a parent, the Learning Cottage has given my daughter an incredible foundation where she has learned to be a good friend and has fun everyday. She is very well loved each and every day and I wouldn’t want to drop her off anywhere else. As a local kindergarten teacher, I have had students come into my class from the LC. They are very well prepared academically but more than that they have great social skills and treat their friends with kindness and compassion. We love the Learning Cottage!

I love my daughter's little home away from home. This school has been a wonderful gift to our family. My daughter has been going there since she was 6 months old and the level of care and personal attention through every step in her development has been wonderful. I really feel like I have fantastic team mates in the education and emotional development of my daughter and I couldn't recommend this school more!

As a first time working Mom, finding the best place for my son was my number one priority while I was pregnant. The Learning Cottage sure has been a blessing to my family. It is a local, family owned school that really prioritizes the child over anything else. My son had some issues early on with gross motor movement and with their guidance and support we overcame all of his obstacles, and now he is a maniac (in a good way!) He is not yet two and says please and thank you (also in sign language) and comes home with artwork that I could never have thought of myself. He is blossoming into the best and brightest little boy and I know that the LC has contributed to his growth. I am currently pregnant with baby #2 and I am at peace knowing my littlest one will follow the same great path!

My child loves this school and so do we! The teachers are very well trained and make learning an exciting experience. They are very focused on helping even young children realize they are a part of a community and showing them how to play their part. Love love love the Learning cottage♥️♥️

Recently enrolled my daughter here after being in a different preschool due to the availability of infant daycare. She loves it! Every day she wants to stay and play. She has made alot of progress in both emotional and academic skills since starting. Her diet and willingness to try new foods has even improved due to their snack time routine. The classroom environment is highly organized while allowing for plenty of free play time and child-led play. Communication with all staff members is excellent. We are lucky to have found this awesome school.

Hands down the best school we've been to with our 4 year old (we've moved around quite a bit!) We are absolutely thrilled with the staff, the curriculum...and our son literally loved going each day. He has already grown so much in the 2 months he has been attending. Best decision we've made since moving to the area!
