The Children’s Courtyard of Plantation in Plantation, Florida offers a modern childcare facility equipped with camera monitoring systems that allow parents to check in on their little ones throughout the day. The center provides both regular daycare services and summer camp programs, with dedicated spaces for different age groups from infants to school-age children. While the facility features structured daily activities and professional staff members, experiences seem to vary significantly among families who have utilized their services.

Author: Randy M Rating: 1/5 Date: 4/20/2022, 5:29:04 PM Review: The worst experience of my life. Ms Jacky I’m the front office is so rude and has no manners what so ever. They allowed my child to go one whole day without giving her anything to drink. Remind you the only way I know that this happened is because I watched the cameras the whole day. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they told me they will fix it. Nothing was done. On top of that they have a rule to where you cannot bring your child past 10am. I arrived at the school at 10:02 and was denied entrance which was totally obsurd. And guess what I was still charged for that day. The school is the worse and I would not recommend anyone bringin their child to this school.

This is a fantastic place filled with wonderful people from the top down. The character of the organization is evident in its strong leadership. The Director and Assistant Director demonstrate grace and kindness towards the student's parents and the teachers. The word "peace" comes to mind as a parent when I drop off my daughter at school. The teaching done by the exceptional educators here is remarkable. I am genuinely grateful for each and every person who works at this school. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is give someone a smile; they all do that when we come in and walk out.
There’s no better care than Tutor Time Plantation, Leyla is fantastic, love the new features where we get to see the little one on camera anytime. Adriana and Gabriela are godsend, my daughter loves them. Thank you Tutor Time, there’s no such thing as a perfect place, but my daughters happiness and care go a long way. My 8 year still talks about her experiences there, still goes back every year for summer camp.
If I could give 0 stars I would . This place and the leadership there is one of the worst , they are all about money and if your child is being neglected don’t bother to say anything because everyone has an attitude and want to be rude . The assistant director is very disrespectful and rude and doesn’t need to be working with kids she not fit for that job and never there , the director just sits and ask other team members to do the job of the director . My child got hurt no one said anything call to talk about it and got distracted , THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF YPUR CHILD . they allow kids to go to with COVID , they simply have a don’t care attitude but not when it’s about money .
We absolutely love Tutor Time and the teachers in both the infant and toddler classes. They take the time to care for our children individually and really get to know and love them. We also have great relationships with the directors and staff. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews as we’ve had a positive experience for the past year.
I would NOT recommend they had me on a loop for 4 months wasting my time. ZERO star if I could. I know the owner is going to reply with excuses.
STAY AWAY!! I would not recommend my worst enemy enroll their child here. This place is HORRIBLE. All the director does is sit down and gossip about all of the parents and spread everyone’s business. Very unethical and unprofessional, they also feed random children the food they are eating in the office, without cleaning their hands DISGUSTING. There is no point in them having cameras because even when you catch the teachers being rough with your child, ignoring crying children for long periods of times, forcing the child’s heads down aggressively for nap time repeatedly etc you bring it to the attention of the director or even worst, the clueless assistant director snd they dismiss your concerns and make excuses for their staff. I have voiced many concerns about how unclean and unsanitary a lot of their staff has been with the children and they do not care. They are only nice and tell lies to get you to enroll. If you enroll your child here I’m sure you’ll regret it.

I only did the tour and did not enroll my student so you may choose to not put much consideration from my review. But when you walk into a child care facility to find a very upset parent having to argue with the staff about issues with the care and the staff yells back "it's not my problem" it's a big red flag. It's a stressful job and yes everyone has bad days but it's important to keep a level of professionalism regardless of the circumstances. Also there is a big disconnect between the main center that schedules the tours and the schools. I was told they have space available for a new enrollment but when I went in they said they were actually full. So either way it was a waste of my time regardless.
